Interesting, I found it yesterday and it said it had only been up for sale since mid September. Maybe they went with a new agent. I was shocked to see a downstairs loo on the floorplan, they obv never renovated that room then. I also think overall the house looked way smaller than it does on IG.
Maybe the buyer cannot come to term with the YOU LOOK GOOD tiles.

I looked up her wedding venue (she has the name of it on her STD cards) then did a radius search for 3 bed semis under 400k in that area, didn't take long
