The BBC have covered Tattle Life many times and every time it’s been a hit job. So to start with I didn’t have much confidence that this latest documentary would be any different.

large TV’s message to Tattle Life users “what motivates them to post” sounded biased. It’s a gossip forum about public figures, a concept that has existed as long as humanity. There’s nothing new or unique about Tattle Life, other than the almost exclusive negative coverage in the media.

large TV visited an address I lived at about 6 years ago and spoke to neighbours, telling them they wanted to interview me for a vegan podcast. The neighbours were concerned about the individual's authenticity and reached out to me. I was concerned that the documentary would be a pre-written narrative and would not be professional or balanced.

large TV could have spoken to investigative journalist David Rose, who I met in person and has written two articles, with his writing at the Free Speech Union being one of the very few articles on Tattle Life that is based on the truth.

Almost all articles on Tattle Life are misinformation and heavily biased by influencers and their PR who wish to shut down all opinions they dislike. They did not try to speak to David Rose. No professional journalist has wanted to hear my side apart from David Rose. Regardless of what you think about gossiping about influencers, the fact that the media all took influencers point of view without looking for any balance, evidence or basic fact checking should concern anyone that believes in accurate reporting. Hit piece after hit piece with at best approx 5% of them giving the right to reply is not balanced.
I think the BBC having a film crew and an influencer monitoring my elderly parents home, watching their gates, filming them driving their car, filming walking up and ringing their door is gutter media. They know I don’t live there or even in the UK. For the BBC to include doorstopping harassment of pensioners in the documentary is abhorrent. None of this behaviour would have ever been accepted on Tattle Life. Despite the smear campaigns, the rules on Tattle Life are so much stricter than social media.
If anyone on Tattle Life did anything like that they’d be banned promptly. That doesn’t happen on Tattle Life, It wouldn’t be tolerated. Even worse is the BBC making this into a trailer to present it as a gotcha moment to drum up interest in them ringing a pensioners doorbell and a pensioner answering it. My parents have nothing to do with Tattle Life. It’s very telling of the BBC to do exactly what influencers regularly lie to claim tattlers do.
It is still to be explained who was responsible for Reddit leaks that started in late 2024 and posted my identity, my parents town, my parents road name, threats that my parents will be at risk of physical harm when I was unmasked, that I was about to be unmasked, that my sisters primary school aged children would be in danger. These leaks on Reddit knew of my bank accounts being frozen, a PR tour was being planned and had various other information that could have only come from access to my personal banking data. This is only a thin sliver of what was leaked and while I’ve stayed quiet the whole story will come out in due course.
Influencers claim all kinds of the worst things happen on Tattle Life but never with any evidence, because the truth wouldn't win over any support and perpetuate their smear campaign against Tattle Life.
The BBC did not even cover any of the details when the Belfast high court set aside the judgement and their article made it sound quite minor despite covering the initial story in great detail. Please read the full judgement
