Oh my god her form/posture on the squats - why on earth doesn’t the pt sort that….

My back was aching watching those hip thrusts. You can see she’s using her core/back to lift the weight. Less weight and proper form would actually help grow her glutes not knackering herself for the gram. If he was a decent PT he wouldn’t even entertain it

I actually don’t mind Luisa I think there’s an element of she’s not actually gloating , just talking about her life which to the average person is ridic -but she’s not like Rochelle Humes who is the worst for gloating and takes a picture of every single designer thing she owns. Have listened to their pod out of habit for years , whyyy do we have to start every single episode with Anna telling us she poos when she gets to her house, we get ittt! It’s like she’s desperate to show off how close she is to Luisa and can do that - pod is getting annoying recently
