Urgh she is promoting that sleep trainer again. How can she say that the sleep trainer has been helpful- I’m sure majority of her stories have been that Roman has been sleeping poorly. Has the advice worked or not 🤷🏽‍♀️
No one will ever know because whenever people question Lucy on this the comments suspiciously get deleted!

Seems so ironic to push this sleep consultant when every day is ‘urgh he’s up so early, he was up all night, he won’t sleep for me, I’m tired’

I can can guarantee that the sleep consultants ‘services’ were ad/gifted too but no disclosure to be found.

Of course, plus she’s even said herself it was likely to have been all his eating/feeding issues. People fret to much about this stuff, yes it’s tit being woken up all the time, especially when you have other things going on in life jesus sometimes it’s practically killed me. But babies don’t actually know this and also don’t care. I loved “the book you wished your parents read” where she goes over the psychology of how kids actually just learn to not cry for you despite needing you, where if you let them know you are there they are secure enough to end up not needing you. (Not saying the sleep trainer is advocating leaving to cry method anyway, but other than good sleep hygiene there’s not an awful lot you can do.)

I think I am going to have to unfollow her. Everything is just baby baby baby 🙄 She’s gone in the same direction Lydia has. At first I thought she was finding a good balance between her old style content and being a new mum but now everything is relating to babies (Can you tell I don’t have kids lol!)

I've got my first son same age as Roman, been having problems with his sleep. I watch Lucy's stories... literally other week he was up at 4am all the time? Now he's magically sleeping through till 6.15 right when she keeps banging on about 'just chill Mumma' or whatever its called. I clicked on her profile to have a nose, should of known better. Charging 49.50 for sleep help 🤣 piss off 🤣

Exactly, helping Z list celebs like Lucy and Emma McVey has mentioned her too, their the only 2 I've seen who has mentioned her so far anyway, they have the 49.50 to pay for the help. Normal mums don't 😒🙄

Not only that, but as if £50 is going to “fix” a baby. Babies are SUPPOSED to wake up ffs it’s ridiculous as a concept.

You know what’s even funnier? My son is the same age as roman, I contacted that just chill witch and her prices go up to £400! I laughed and said I’ll leave it thanks.

I’ve spoke about that ‘Sleep Consultant’ before - I think on the Lydia thread - as she advocates some form of controlled crying!

Actually can’t believe some of the influencers she’s collaborated with, all with babies under 1 year old!

I followed Just Chill Mama when my little boy was a few months old - but had to unfollow as she was so up her own a and desperate to get ‘influencers’ to work with her. Babies aren’t supposed to sleep through when they’re so young, some will but most won’t - we don’t always as adults, it’s natural. Eventually they’ll sort their own sleep patterns out, it’s bloody hard when they’re waking up every hour and it seems like it’ll be forever but it won’t. To charge £400 to vulnerable sleep deprived parents is shocking.

That sleep ‘sleep expert’ charges £50 for her online course where you get no involvement from her. If you want advice actually from her she charges hundreds of pounds. It’s why it makes me sick that she clearly gives her time to influencers for free but the people that are really struggling, on maternity leave with minimal funds etc wouldn’t be able to afford to have a brief conversation with her!!!

I actually think that sleep expert wants the fame to be honest. She is constantly posting on celebrities/influencers posts.

That car interior ( the roof ) just sums up cocky Ryan Hahahaha. They’re on a date night so be ready to hear how tired Lucy is tomorrow guys!
Maybe she just shouldn’t go on a date night if she’s going to be that tired the next day? I have no sympathy, I haven’t been out with my husband minus our daughter since about February.

I really struggle with where she sits.. and no judgment. But she’s trying to be Earth mother and feed til 1+ but wants him to sleep through the night and happy to leave him all the time. My baby was born in December (2nd child admittedly!) but I haven’t left him with anyone but my husband yet. The last time we left alone was August last year.... in current circumstances I find it weird?? If the world was normal I wouldn’t but I find she’s acting Earth mum but cannot wait to get Away? X

As I've said before, Roman must be an easy baby..... Seems to go down to sleep no problem, can be left with someone for the length of a meal, and seems really easy going. I have a baby 5 days younger than Roman and I wouldn't be able to leave her for a couple of hours yet... because of COVID she struggles with people she doesn't know, gets easily overtired and so can cry a lot 😅 . So for all her 'im so tired/I got up at 4am' she should count herself bloody lucky she can do easily go out for dinner whenever she wants!

I can relate to this - I have an almost 11 month old and before lockdown he was really lockdown. Now after months of being at home with me/my husband/our 3 year old he is so clingy and is SO wary of ‘strangers’. I’ve had to work some days in the office this week and he’s been a nightmare. He stayed at my mums house on Sunday night to give me a break but he didn’t sleep well and was up and the crack of dawn because he’s not used to it!
