The evidence is really making me think she’s guilty so far but something that makes me think she’s not guilty is the rise in still births at the same time which clearly she had nothing to do with.
Have those figures been shown to the Jury?
Exactly this. Something serious was failing in that hospital.

I expect her defence to refer to this too and it will make people think hard.

It was 'shortly after shift change-over' at 8pm when the parents returned to the neonatal unit and had had very little sleep. The other family members had left the unit for rest.

This was the first time since that none of the family members were by Child B.

It was shortly afterwards when a nurse came in to say: "You need to come now"

Just another coincidence? If Letby is guilty she really is another level of evil. She would have watched their pain from loosing child A, witnessed their anguish and fear of letting child B out of their sight after . Probably comforted them. Then as soon as they let their guard down after desperately needing rest, she decided to strike again!!! Surely not ? That is just so hard to comprehend.

It's the mom having only a week left until she could of had the babies at another hospital for me 💔. One of my kids was born early 2016 and its so sad to think these little babies should be his age.

These statements are the agreed facts, no?
I don't think they are. It said they would be covering baby A and B today and I think these are the first witness statements.

They do sometimes restate the agreed facts at the end before the jury go out to deliberate on verdict so we may get them all then. There is normally a proper list of things ( I'm thinking in Star's trial, it was cctv timings, dates of certain incidents, a picture that showed a sepcific bruise at a specific time which neither defence or prosecution contested) that sort of thing.

Oh maybe! You might be right. I’m getting quite worked up today and just should take my time to read it and take it in more slowly! X

No no I don’t think so, I think the parents left shortly after the change over. The baby deteriorated during the night shift which at this point letby would have been working ?

It says a nurse advised the mother to get some rest? Why is it OK when another nurse does it but Lucy does it its something sinister? Hmmmm.

Your words, my thoughts. If this is the case, the cruelty is beyond comprehension.

Also depends where you’re reading too. As some of the reporting differs. It’s a lot to take in, look after yourself x

Because she’s the one on trial for murder and attempted murder?

They may be released to the court, but kept from being published in order to protect some of the surviving children's identities perhaps?
could be, but all the children’s names have been released previously. A quick google and you can find them - I actually stumbled across them accidentally.

She must have been at some point because the mum said it was about 12-1pm on June 8 when she went to see Child A and B, who were both in incubators. The father added that a nurse named Lucy talked to them.

I was thinking the same possibly? As it said a nurse named Lucy explained the monitoring machines to the parents. So I assumed this was before the night team took over as then it goes onto saying about the night team. It says about Lucy taking the baby to the parents before the baby being transferred, but this could be in the morning?
