Yep and as someone else mentioned why would prosecution bring it up if defence are just going to come back with 'the parents asked them too?' I'm not disputing making memories and taking photographs happen but the way it was written didn't seem like it was done with consent which is why I made the pointDid they establish if it was taken on her personal
Phone though? In every trust I’ve worked at we have disposable cameras or trust cameras for this if the parents are not ready to have those photos in their property yet. Obviously consent is going to be massive for this! Just find it a little strange
