Just been talking to Mr Cariad who is in the legal profession....one of his colleagues was a jnr barrister on the case in 2011 of the nurse at Stepping Hill hospital who was convicted of murdering 2 patients and poisoning others
He says there has to be beyond reasonable doubt that she did kill those babies ... the prosecution needs to convince the jury that there is no other reasonable explanation for what occurred other than the guilt of the person charged. ( especially in the case of the insulin poisoning- you have to exclude any other possible explanation/ person....although the air embolus cases there can be no other explanation than she did it!

he also found out the reason behind why there have been so many interruptions to the hearing - it's apparently down to jurors having to navigate the school holidays - childcare issues are not a reason to be excused jury duty!
if it goes on much longer there's a real danger LL's legal team could use this in her favour and could be grounds for appeal under section 6 of the human rights act as there have been too many stops and starts 😳

Having said all that he ( and his colleagues) thinks she's guilty!

I know in prison her post would get looked at before it’s given to her, but are there any safeguards in place to prevent her from sending letters to people who don’t want them?

Could fully see her writing her demented notes to the poor families and noname once she’s bored in prison and looking for a way to relive her horrific crimes
If I remember rightly I don’t think she can write to anyone who’s a witness

I was listening to the latest podcast earlier and they said ‘Nick Johnson’ and I had to stop and think for a minute, who’s that? Ohhhhhh BNE! 😂
At first I kept thinking Nick Johnson-Casey and Ben Myers-Casey? What a coincidence. Then it clicked what a fool I was being.

Sorry this is off topic but I just need to clarify the reasoning behind doctors in the UK rotating whilst they do their training. I work in post grad medical education (so with junior doctors 😂) and the reason they rotate is based on two things really. The ones fresh out of uni will do two years of rotation posts (every 4 months, so 6 posts in total) the idea is that they can be exposed to a number of specialities and decide which career path to choose. Then for everyone above that level they rotate regionally in order to pass their competencies in order to progress through the training programme that they have chosen to do, which results in becoming a consultant at the end of the 8 or so years of training. So all training programmes will have certain things that the doctors must do/be exposed to, in order to progress to the next year of training. But not every hospital will be able to provide all training opportunities. For example, in Adult Intensive Care training, they have to be experienced on a cardiac ITU. Not every hospital in the UK will have that, so all the doctors rotate in order to each get a chance to complete the training they need. In Dr NN case, he probably rotated into CoCH in either December 2015 or April 2016 (April and December are the rotation dates). Hence why he wasn’t there when this all kicked off in June 2015.

LL’s hunting ground gave her power. She could pick and choose who would live or die. Then she revelled in the grief caused, and continued to do so afterwards via searching on FB.

I think it’s easy for her to lie, she lied about being arrested in pajamas. To what end? It’s a stoopid lie, but lying is just routine for her.

Those poor babies, and their poor grieving families. LL surely still enjoys that she has caused this grief, it reminds her of the power she still has. The trial and its attention nourishes her too.

She must’ve shat herself when she realized she was under suspicion hence the mahussive meltdown whilst she figured how to explain herself.

I feel she knows she will probably be found guilty but she will continue to deny and show no remorse. Remorse would be an admission of guilt.

LL is evil.

Hopefully they'll wrap it up before the school holidays then!

Do you think she targeted Noname because he was married? She liked the thought that she was that amazing she could take him from another woman because she's such a narc?
