How long we thinking on jury deliberations? My guess is a week.

I think it’ll either be mega quick, like 30 mins, or it’ll stretch to over a week, nothing in between.

if they all get in the room and all think she’s guilty independently of each other then it’ll be quick. If there is anyone doubting then there is a shitload of evidence they’ll have to trawl through and discuss.

I cannot imagine a scenario where they all outright think “not guilty”

I'm hoping for more clarification from Nosy when she's back from court.

She’ll be needing to get up on the court roof first and collect her eyebrows for the journey back

And then blah (I’ll find out when home I can’t remember off the top of my head) and he said so there you go that’s your menu I literally LOL’d and wasn’t the only one!!!! BNE was back on his game today. He was flagging yesterday a few mistakes with names and references today he was on the ball, I’ll read updates and add anything I can think of later- but I have to say now, I wasn’t sure if the defence was the defence or if he was also prosecution!

I know a lot of people are feeling sorry for the jury but on the other hand they have so many weeks of 2/3 days of trial followed by long weekends.

Don't they have to go to their normal jobs on the days they aren't in court? Not done jury service so not sure

I've just been thinking after O and P died, Dr Brearey wanted her to have the weekend off to process things because after two deaths it had been traumatic but she didn't take the time off. The very next day baby Q became unwell when she was at work. Sometime after, before (I think) her next shift there were secret crisis talks and Eireen Powell phoned her very nicely and told her not to come in for the shift and she would see her the next day and they could have a chat. By her own admission to "her boyfriend' she said Eireen had been very nice about things but she was seriously panicking. "Boyfriend" reassured her saying they were just looking after her and he went on to say what a wonderful nurse she was (tertiary level standard who he would entrust with his own children although they were now a bit older). She suddenly went into meltdown completing a Datix form (which she has been accused of falsifying to justify doctors incompetence and taking blame away from herself). If she hadn't done the murders and harm why would she panic in this way at this time, because she was being treated nicely by the manager, no one had accused her of anything and it shouldn't have been such a surprise receiving the call from EP as Dr Brearey had suggested some time off to process the traumatic events. Her reaction to the phone call from EP screams that of a guilty woman. I'm sorry if I spelt Eireen incorrectly I couldn't be bothered to check my notes under my bed!!

Can I just add I think he also mentioned there had been a lot of people around, Medical Director etc so I think she knew she'd been sussed or was going to be sussed hence all the timeline talk etc but an innocent person wouldn't think it was because of them and then the Datix form she did around 11.30 at night at home the same night.

Those messages were also after baby A in 2015, a year had passed and there were messages presented by BNE where was slagging of M.

Well I know I am it's exhausting reading the updates, I cannot imagine what it's like being there and being involved in it all. I actually wasn't really able to take in anything Ben said if I'm honest

I don't think deliberation will take too long but I feel like the jury may go thorough each child themselves just to be thorough.

Was baby Q the 3rd triplet? Getting a bit confused, I thought the 3rd triplet was saves because his parents put him on transport that had come for a different baby and he got out to another hospital?

They did get the third triplet the hell out of Dodge to AH. Q was different family. But hell’s bells, she was planning out their bleeping funeral service. bleep is not so socially acceptable to use here, but she is really, truly one if ever there was!

They deserve every moment away from the courtroom. My head is fried, my heart aches and my tears are flowing most days just reading about these horrific crimes.
Imagine sitting there, seeing the parents, hearing their anguish and then hearing absolutely every single bit of evidence that has been provided. Facing the monster that did all this and listening to her bull. Having to wade through all that information to deliver a verdict.

Hardly sounds like a holiday.

Let's give them the respect and the credit they deserve.

I hope their places of work let them have a couple of weeks off when it’s all finished.

He has to be given the opportunity to call his own witnesses (if he has any). The prosecution called theirs. They have to ensure a fair representation.

This is the court drawing I felt was most like Lucy, except she has darker hair the whole length. The shape of her mouth was quite striking to me. And just an overall depressed/distressed look about her. She sits up a lot more straight too.

I've been SOOO good today and contained myself, not followed at all so looking forward to seeing what she had to say today.
