Last week the judge talked about getting rid of a juror, I guess this isn’t the same one as surely it would be better to excuse them and move on with trial. It must be a nightmare not knowing when this is going to end I wouldn’t think July now with all these delays.
Could the delays be a reason for a mistrial or to appeal once verdict is in, does anyone know?
I really can’t see how anyone can think she’s not guilty after today, it was either her or other nurse that poisoned child and she’s the one on trial, but we do have 15 not guilty votes on this thread …
poor parents having to sit And listen to her just hope they get some justice soon

Daily mail has some detail on the baby K back and forth. She just looks stupid. Was shocked to read baby K also had blood tinged secretions, so many now. Another strong and horrible pattern.
yes there was an older woman (retired age) I briefly spoke to who said she had been going nearly every day since October! I wondered if she was a relative or just super invested. Didn’t want to ask though!

Stressful for her to have so many delays, even though two of them were delayed specifically for her.
She needs to decide if the delays help her or hinder her because yet again, she’s contradicting herself. It’s ok if she wants to delay it but not ok if it’s someone else

Just reading Andy Gill's report. He says the trial is not on tomorrow.
That’s too many “coincidences” for a start. There are patterns in this case, and all of them point to LL.
ETA: Sorry, didn’t mean for that to come across rude but I just find it hard to believe people still think it could all be a coincidence or that there’s two murderers or that there’s a murderer but LL is innocent when she wrote a note saying “I killed them on purpose…”
I’m assuming that Belinda and the other staff would have been questioned thoroughly over the course of the investigation and she’s not the one on trial so…

My heart aches for them a lot, but it especially aches every time there is a delay.
I know Letby deserves a fair trial and we don't want her to be able to win an appeal in the future or claim a mistrial etc... But I hope those parents are getting every bit of support that they can.
I also hope the staff testifying, anonymous or not, are getting supported too. I can imagine if still working how hard it must be trying to make sure you can get the time away from a very stretched service.
On another note, I've started listening to the podcast and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet. I was reluctant too, as I despise the Daily Mail and I knew it would be quite tough listening. I do have to stop/start as it is incredibly tough, but having voice actors and key things be discussed helps me understand the information a bit more than just reading the lives.

I mean if the jury let her go based on her answers here then it gives the green light for any criminal to copy the same responses! Do a load of murders, big case, let it take years for the authorities to gather and prepare, come to trial and go with can’t recall, can’t remember, and say it wasn’t me.
Get away with multiple murders.
Luckily, I can’t see they’ll swallow it.
