I’ve just checked the media spread sheet and the student nurse defs hasn’t been called to give evidence or has an agreed facts been read out from her, so I wonder will she be called by the defence as a witness. I also think this is the first time we’ve heard her named too

i think if there was CCTV it would have been mentioned by now. There defo is no cctv on any NICU I have been on and it’s really easy to get buzzed on.

This statement by her about how she’s upset for two days (all me me me as per), and then it’s for the parents it’s as if she’s just saying the words she’s supposed to say, not how she actually feels. It’s just not natural the way she makes a lot of these statements. I am convinced she’s a psychopath that doesn’t have real emotions, it’s all what she thinks she should say and do rather than her genuine emotions/feelings

Just as an FYI lovely. The media may be using that spreadsheet to help them, but I can see the author is Tom Snowdon who is very active on one of the Facebook groups. Not really important as most of it is just factual, but he's deffo not got the right picture of Melanie Taylor there x
Absolutely, I can only imagine how they’re all feeling sitting listening to this pile of bs in court. Especially E’s mum and the triplets. Must be awful having to go through it all again and basically be blamed/called a liar

Is it the same one? The one I’ve been using has no author I can see, and I thought it was one of the media that created it? I know someone shared another spreadsheet in one of the threads not so long ago too. This one has every single witness listed and then shows daily who's been called etc. The student nurse deffo has not been called so far, nor has an agreed fact statement read out. Maybe she’ll not be called at all, or maybe she’ll be called by BM. But thanks for the info, it’s always better to double check

Also how come the rash and colour change of O&P was noticed by at least several members of staff, yet LL (again is the only one) to say that’s not true. So either the whole hospital, in fact pretty much all of the 130 odd witnesses that we’ve heard from throughout are all wrong, or in fact they’re all right and therefore LL is actually a murderer

Yep it’s literally the whole hospital against poor LL. Would love for Tof’s question earlier to have been answered but no takers so far. It was the one where any people that believed LL was NG, or people still on the fence, do they think LL taking the stand has done her any favours or has it hurt her in their opinion

Also she said no name gave her a lift as she would be walking home alone at night. It was 23 June two days after the longest day it wouldn't have even been dark at 10 pm.

Surely this isn't a surprise though? Both parties have done this, as they do in every trial ever and why both get a say and chances to cross examine etc to give the jury the best chance of being able to make a fair decision based on everything. I don't think it's unusual to have in discussions like this either.
