Well, respectfully, no, it’s a definite digital footprint that shows she swiped her card at the door to come in at 10.15. So at 10.15 we know exactly where she was. But we do not know, other than her account, where she was prior to that.
I can see how I am biased in the way I’m viewing it, and if it was another doctor or nurse I’d be inclined to believe them. 1 because they aren’t on trial and I see no reason for them to lie, 2, they’re under oath to tell the truth and 3, collectively, the prosecution’s witnesses and the agreed evidence all tallys, where at the moment, LL is the one giving anomalies in her recounting. Which (again I can see I’m biased, and I haven’t heard the whole defence so it might be corroborated). As a 4th I’d say that others’ witness statements have been consistent too. And, as a 5; we have evidence of Dr Gibbs accepting where he may have made a mistake and trusting his colleagues version of events, which to me shows a lack of defensiveness, humility and professional courtesy. Whereas at the moment, LL claims to have only done no wrong and wasted no time in throwing colleagues under the bus but paying lip service to professional collegitness. To me, whilst I realise the gravity of her charges, that makes me suspicious of her testimony.

I initially thought that there would not be enough evidence to find her guilty for a lot of the babies. Now after spending so much time going through as much of the evidence that my little day will let me, I don’t see how she could get off on the majority of the charges. Even as the attacks went on, they got more aggressive. These deaths can’t just be explained away. They are murder. There is maybe some grey area with a few of the more unwell babies (I’m sorry I didn’t note down their letters 
) that maybe could be argued there is reasonable doubt but also the jury are being presented with far more information than we have, so hopefully they have more information to hand. She hasn’t even been cross examined yet. I think she’s going down for a long time. Reading about these newborns ‘screaming’ is just horrible. How could anyone do that.

I'm surprised too, it isn't showing her in the good light she'd like it to be, why is she constantly on her phone if she's meant to be doing 2 hourly feeds, looking after 3 babies aswell as looking after a student? Unless those babies really aren't that high dependency at all and she's just embellishing her story... I don't think looking after 3 babies is all that hectic... depends on the care required like but I definitely witnessed that happen regularly.
Do you think they stuck the student nurse to her on purpose?? As a way of keeping her supervised but in a way that stroked her ego?
This does seem strange to me as she comes across as someone who would love having a student ie revolves her life around her job by her own admission, sees herself as super knowledgeable and everyone else feckless, a chance to seem superior etc. That message does seem as odds with the rest of what we've been told about her!
To add also seems a weird amount to message, most would simply say its busy today or whatever- often liars or those who seek an alibi over explain (just saying).
I completely agree with this. She comes across as a complete busy body. Infact didn’t she say the other week she loved having students? But she was texting about how much of a hindrance they are to her. Who want’s a student with you when you want to kill babies
