I had to do some research I googled “unboxing Hermes Kelly” and found a couple of videos on YouTube. Take a look at some of the influencers unboxing.
1) Look at how nicely the dustbag is folded and how nicely the bag is placed into the box
2) There is something wrapped around the bag for protection

And then look at Lornas unboxing.
1) The dustbag is not nicely folded nor is the bag placed nicely in the box.
2) The protection-thing is missing.
