haha knew I’d get a comment like that :)
I paid Matt for a few months during lockdown was very happy with personal experience, for me, it did a lot for my mental well being during lockdown and I saw other clients doing great with him… so I wanted to offer some balance.

@Mcwitty @maddogmoondog not gonna go searching the comments for “countless victims” but if you say there are, it’s sad/bad if there are. And no doubt the Davies brothers being scum.. I had no intentions with my post, other than wanting to put a good word in for Matt based on my personal experience. And also to point some people here (like the 3 tagged in my last comment) seem a bit unhealthily obsessed based on what I have read.. like just unfollow the guy lol.

all the best
Of course there are “countless victims” - scroll back and read personal accounts. There’s someone genuinely worried about their vulnerable mum (who signed up to Bodyshop) where Alec Witts was trying to charge her £600 a month for coaching?! Do you know how much you actually earn in an MLM?!

With all respect, please don’t come here gaslighting and patronising posters. I’m very happy you had a great experience with Matt Hall. If you don’t like reading the fact people are taking the mick out of his sudden makeover then perhaps skip past those bits. Because I, for one, will not stop sharing my love of Primark pants, slippy Gucci loafers, oversized sunglasses and button popping shirts. I’m here for that 🤜🤛

ETA a lot of us are here from the Sarah Akwisombe scandal. She introduced her audience to TTT and ripped off hundreds of women. This isn’t small scale!! Off the top of my head one woman was charged £40k by Rhys for nothing but hot air and abuse. But yeah, don’t bother to actually read why people have their backs up with these con men and women.

@harveydean you’re the one who I read yesterday laying into coaching, which made me defend coaching lol and you’re one of the obsessed ones on here 😂

leave you to it. I agree with a lot of your comments and other comments here.

just so you are aware - there was a 16 year old kid who was on here, thread 2 on these idiots - who described a situation of his mum being clearly scammed by Matt Hall and Matt Hall was charging her £600 a week. She was so sucked into it all and believing it all that her own family couldn’t stop her. Even he had heard some of Matt’s calls which were basically not really coaching. He came on her after a google search of there names flagged it up and he asked several questions around how to stop her. This is exactly why this thread exists and why Matt Hall for every 1 genuine good customer (YOU) you might not realise there 3,4,5 people who are vulnerable and are being scammed by Matt Hall. You’ve only got to search about Llewelyn Davies x Sarah Askwombe scam from October 2020 that this isn’t new.

You were clearly one of the lucky ones. Your dealings with him had a good outcome. You are in the minority for sure. You didn’t go into thousands of pounds worth of debt with him or the twats…. You didn’t suffer anxiety and worse mental health. You didn’t loose friend and family (because you wouldn’t listen to them)
They ALL copied each other and have conned vulnerable people out of huge amounts of money.
Thank your lucky stars that you didn’t get pulled in deeper.
There’s a fine line with all mentoring. All these guys crossed it scamming people.
Let’s hope Matt cleans up his act now he’s not associated with the twats.

I never questioned there being victims??
I also followed the Sarah Akwisombe thing and have said how bad the brothers are.
I’ve not disagreed with pretty much anything you’ve said lol. I just put a good word in for someone I paid, that doesn’t mean I’m challenging anything else.. 🙂 have a nice day

Oh totes obsessed 😂

What these people are offering is not coaching. This is what myself and others are defending. They are offering hot air and NLP. There’s a difference. And industry led coaching does not charge £600 a month.

But you’re obviously happy with the service you were given. I’m pleased for you! I’m interested in what you paid and what you received in form of service, and what tangible results you actually received if you wouldn’t mind sharing?

The fact that @Spiderplant @InstaCasualty and @Pomegrante have ignored my balanced comment, which aimed to bring some grown up humility to the discussion, agreeing with some of their points, challenging others, says a lot about them IMO.

ps. I’d already posted that once but someone else (mod?) deleted it.
Haven’t seen any of comments mate, balanced or otherwise. Care to enlighten me ?

Ok mate, again, I don’t disagree with a lot of your comments. £600 is insane and like you say, crazy considering the body shop clientele.

I paid less than a third of that. And I didn’t join for business, my results were all mental. I was really struggling with life and lockdown, that all dramatically improved. I also learnt techniques which have help me daily since coaching. But listen, I get it,I set my boundaries on money and time, others don’t which may lead down another path. Also i
Appreciate the prices have been raised since I paid, as lewy likes to share publically in some of the most cringe worthy videos he does. Lewy obviously got the lads to charge more, so he could charge them more. I get it, it’s bad. My point is, I think the lads mean well. I hope actions here on prove that 👍

Tagged again? Don’t know Matt, mate. My beef is with the other two and I go back a long way with them. Delighted Matt appears to be one of their inner circle who has left the sinking ship. Great you had a positive experience. Agree with latest comments. How about you share how much you paid and what difference it made to you practically - just for transparency and all that. Cheers.

Or perhaps a new stream of clients here to defend them ? 👀👀 would be scary even to think about that ,

how people can not see through them I will not understand…. People are more worried about that one person that gained from the talks then worried about 10-100 people that got hurt and used

either way the narrative is that the minute you leave you blocked 😎
My question is why is that necessary? Wouldn’t you be still proud you helped people ? Why block them ?

- also just because you, reading this, don’t believe in coaching, doesn’t mean it’s bad for everyone. It is the same concept as a personal trainer in the gym. Sadly its an industry littered with the likes of lewellyn and Rhys who are full of tit and (try!) create a never ending mentor ship.
This. This is not coaching. Telling someone what to do is not coaching. Are they trained coaches? Are they insured? Are they members of professional bodies?
From what I can see they were “trained” by Llewy, who then puppeted them MLM style

Personal training is another grey area. You can do a course online for £12 and set up as one.

I’m genuinely pleased he helped you get out of a dark place, I really am. But also many here have been fooled by these con people and are perhaps in dark places too. Coming on and calling people obsessed and personally calling members out isn’t cool. I lost money to Sarah Akwisombe and I’m a woman scorned, not going to lie. Thankfully I got my money back as have many others, but people have had enough of the conning and smoke and mirrors.

Nothing against coaching, as I said I’ve received it myself, but what this lot are selling is not coaching. It’s an unregulated territory, no contracts (I’m assuming) and it gets people hooked.

What is so worrying is there must be people who are a) ashamed to admit how much they have ‘invested’ and got nothing in return b) Mental health is rife with not just lockdown issues but also admitting that they were, have, are being taken for the biggest financial ride of their lives! Not everyone is strong enough to walk away, they keep believing the hype, the 7 figure dream catcher! I only hope new ‘silent’ followers read ALL of the threads to see what damage & pain these pair of cretins have caused to good honest people who fell for the hype of Llewellyn & Rhys Davies.

Matt Hall is nothing but a stage school kid who badly acts. It’s like he puts on this weird get up with his painted beard and takes on a persona. It’s a weird caricature. It’s fake.

I was thinking this last night, I'm not for knocking peoples dress sense and appearance, but it's like a costume.
The flashy sunglasses indoors, make sure you get the big, blingy watch and belt buckle in shot too.
In some of his planned videos, he actually comes across as ok. But if you see the ones where he's caught off guard or off script it's all 'Yeah bro, it's mad bro'.
It all just comes across as one big act.

As other people have said, there is a huge difference between well qualified people who coach and MLM coaching. MLM is all about selling an impossible dream hence the stupid pictures of cars, watches etc. A good coach does not have to constantly market themselves and definitely don't "use" their clients to do so. That's exploitation. I come from a different perspective, as a psychotherapist (5 years training) I specialise in trauma and addiction. The most clients I work with are 16 a week. And you don't get to be a 6 figure earner on that. These MLM coaches are dangerous and are exploiting clients for there own gain and nothing else. The twins are the worse examples. Matt, Steve and Alec are more like wolves in sheep's clothing. I can't understand why Chris Hallett has got involved. Nuts.

This is it! These coaches are not trained to deal with people with actual problems. What they do is fill them with endorphins, make them feel good (calling them VIP or executive clients - makes them feel really special because they’re not going to have a VIP status elsewhere in their lives) and tell them what they want to hear. Is it ethical to charge money for that?

BUT if they are challenging people’s problems, here lies the problem as they are not qualified to do so.

So unethical/problematic either way.

Considering both the Tinpot Twins have told us for years now that they are the best coaches in the UK, not once have either of them bothered to post acknowledgment for the parting of either/all the three musketeers to wish them well for their future. It just shows that they saw them as nothing but walking ATM’s. You would think if they had any level of professionalism about them they would do so given they’ve been all over them on their Facebook for the last several months telling us how the three musketeers will be the three most iconic men in the future of Great Britain.

I totally agree with this. I’ve benefited loads from professional coaching during my career - from coaches with the business acumen, qualifications and most importantly, industry experience. The problem is that because of the likes of the twins anyone and everyone thinks they can become a coach.
From being a long time lurker I agree with so much on this thread and time will tell what will happen with the 3 musketeers. My only thought is being careful about bashing people who Llewy/Rhys is still working with or manage to get their paws on not that there are many, but the likes of Chris Hallett who seem very different and not carbon copies.

Our goal is to protect, so when we see these people get tagged in stuff let’s find ways to bring this thread to their attention, rather than tear them down for being sucked in by the conmen.

I really don’t think anyone here has a problem with coaching. You can receive free coaching from most business banking accounts, if you’re in the age bracket, the Prince's Trust plus there are many MANY other free coaching programmes out there if you Google, often run through organisations or your local council. I have used a few of these options and it really helped me in various corners of my business. Like others here, I offer free advice to anyone who approaches me within my industry

What these lot are offering is something else. Sometimes they call it coaching, sometimes it’s mentorship. They don’t really know. Looking through the current leavers and all the other alumni, they seem to follow a pattern, mainly lots of hot air about motivation and goals and create god awful podcasts which I doubt anyone in their right mind would listen to!! But it gives them the “professional edge” because most people don’t realise how easy it is to start one up. Yesterday they were having professional photos done for the same reason.

Throw in screenshots of high end purchases and other material anchors and nonsense and you’ve got the perfect mix to reel people in.

And the people they’re bringing in aren’t those in industries where coaching/mentorship is accessible - they’re attracting hairdressers, MLMers, shop owners, personal trainers etc. Not solicitors, bankers and teachers!! I’m in one of the former industries so I’m not knocking them, but what I’m saying is you’re kind of lost unless you know where to get genuine help.

Matt Hall is nothing but a stage school kid who badly acts. It’s like he puts on this weird get up with his painted beard and takes on a persona. It’s a weird caricature. It’s fake.

Im not bashing anyone for feeling lost and reaching out for personal development or business help. But go to the right places where people have your best interest at heart, not your money!!! There’s everything right about bettering yourself but people are fooled into the smoke and mirrors of “financial freedom” (Matt Hall recently said he wanted to earn 6 figures?!) and the likes of Alex Witts aren’t going to help you achieve that by selling 1000 bottles of Dewberry bubble bath a week.

If they are that brilliant at their job why don’t they jump on here and tell us about their business practices? Why not be transparent with their pricing?

I am Not, nor is this thread about hating. This thread is to hopefully enable potential victims avoid this scam that, to date has been led by Llewellyn and Rhys Davies with their predominantly 3 musketeers and Steve Burgess.
I am pleased that all 3 have left, and I would of hoped Llewy wished them luck, but he didn’t…for a reason. He knows they are off to replicate his scam model for themselves.
They May approach this in a less aggressive way as they seem much nicer people than the tinpots, but if we see the same scam being played out I believe people need to be made aware of what they are getting into and paying for…you shouldn’t be paying £600 a week/month for a pretend best friend.
I’m glad to hear @Nsb2020 you have a success story with Matt, however you are the only one we’ve heard from!
Ive witnessed Alec being very successful with a particular client but at what cost financially and health wise? These guys are pushing people well beyond a healthy exercise regime, without understanding ongoing medical issues… not ethical to me.
What Matt wears is just a light relief in this very dark unregulated industry, why hide behind sunglasses inside? 👀
