Bit late to be doing gift guides jade BEB not many places will offer delivery in tome for Christmas when it’s less than a week away
I couldn’t agree with this more, I also had horrible intrusive thoughts when my baby was born and it led to me not being able to leave her (even with my husband) until she was 7-8 months old. Now I’m fully aware my thoughts and behaviour weren’t normal which is why I went to the doctor but the way she’s talking about it is trivialising a quite serious mental health issue and chalking it up to ‘normal’. Which is really worrying if she has other mums following her, or does genuinely feel that way herself
I posted on page before…He’s nearly 7 months old. She was 40 weeks on 22nd April and she was “3 weeks overdue” so he was born around the 13th may. Prob why she never shared his due date because he’s going to end with a Friday the 13th birthday at some point and she’s prob majorly superstitious about it.She probably drove them all away with her moaning that they didn't get her enough for her birthday
ETA how old is her baby? 7 months? I hate to say it but he looks about as mobile as a 3 month old....does he not sit up yet or grab at things?
so Now he’s prob around 7 months and a week based on 13th May birthday.

So she’s finally made it to Costa - no idea if she is lying or genuinely unwell. I’d like to think If she was unwell family would have stepped in. That’s not normal. I had pnd and pna so no judgment but she needs help.
I understand nerves in the early stages but she obviously doesn't care to try & get comfortable, let's hope she doesn't pass all her irrational issues onto her child.

I have absolute sympathy for any mum
going through a hard time, adjusting to becoming a mum definitely isn’t easy but if she carries on like this she’s going to end up causing her child all sorts of issues.

The level of “WHAT THE duck?!” this girl is at has always been frightening.
Has that baby ever met another baby before? Seems like she’s going to transferring her own issues onto him
My worry is other people messaging her validating that it’s normal. It’s not.
This is so harsh but she shouldn’t have had a child if this is how she copes. She’s going to create huge issues. I’ve seen lockdown babies where parents 100% abided by the rules and there’s no nice way of saying this but they are odd and antisocial. There’s no reason now to not socialise ur child. I took my daughter to 5 baby classes a week. We do soft play, visits to other children’s houses, grandparent visits, trips to the library. It’s not money for her as she spends a fortune on utter crap. U have to put a child first which means getting over ur own issues. She can’t do that. Genuinely she’s verging on being an unfit mother
