It’s really strange as at the start of their relationship and throughout her first pregnancy there were loads of gushing posts about each other, how they loved each other etc and always posting about going out for dinner etc (even if it was filtered to duck or in staged paparazzi shots). I agree with what others have said- she has feelings but has been hurt and feels she needs to keep him otherwise she’s a single mother and wouldn’t be able to cope. He is clearly not interested and is only there for the roof over his head and the kids. So they just exist with each other. Quite sad actually!
