Gary's not the one posting non stop shade on his Instagram about her, she's not really covering herself in glory in all of this. Also Laura one of the hallmarks of being a narcissist is a complete inability to self-reflect, which you seem to have in spades. Yeah the top of the uterus is only at bellybutton level at 20 weeks. She's rubbing her spleen or something there.
