So many influncers are going on recently about how their engagement is lower and blaming it on Instgrams algorithm. Are they seriously so dim that they don't understand people just can't stomach their constant brags and freebies anymore? There's a cost of living crisis and these idiots rub their #kindlygifted lives in our faces thinking people give a sh*t. No one can be arsed with it. It's soul destroying when you work full time, making an honest living and can't take your kids on holiday.

The age old saying is “buy the worst house on the best street”. The value is always in the location. You can slowly and gradually upgrade a house with a new kitchen, bathroom extension etc as and when you can afford to and the added value almost always outweighs the cost of construction.

The kitchen looks lovely, I like the exposed brickwork but she has already mentioned problems with drainage in the showers, the glass on the microwave misting over. Although it is very Instagramable she hardly shows any of it so what was the point?
I also wonder what she will do when it comes to Henry starting secondary. His primary school is a feeder school for one of the most popular secondaries in Basingstoke so no guarantee he will get in, siblings and catchment take precedence and the new house is in the catchment area for a school I know snobby Lara won't want her boys going to.
