I've always given him credit for stepping up to the plate as a stepdad for Valentino, but I've been reconsidering that recently based on what we've learned.

Surely that lad must get the piss ripped out of him relentlessly at school because of his step-father’s penchant for shoving stuff up his arse for money?

The children’s choice also forms a large part of the decision making by the courts. If one or both of them express they do not want to live with a parent that will be taken into consideration too as well as not wanting to split them up. That combined with the step parent expressing their desire not to have the children live their - which as also been suggested by a tea giver could mean the decision was taken for Wendy to have custody at present, it was said that there was a final hearing on the champagne clinking court date but only last week there apparently a second court day as both parents were in London near the courts on the same day .,. 2 final hearings? I think not? If the children being removed from KP was local authority led both parents would still be under social care direction and would have to meet 6 weekly with social care under a plan to monitor how the court direction was going and if both sides were meeting targets / cooperating and assessing children’s welfare . Only after a lengthy amount of time and when all professionals involved including a judge were happy with the children’s safety and progress would a final decision be made then the judge would decide who overal had parental responsibility / custody. Be that the biological parents / family member or the children go under permanent foster / adoption processes. KH was no where near as disruptive or instrumental in the abuse and neglect of the children but did he actually provide a home free of emotional distress due to who he chose to have a relationship with and the revolving door of women he chose to have in his and his children’s life? And has that had an impact as well as the parental alienation that KP inflicting on them? That is the question. He did not supply them with a safe / chaos free home when they needed it the most and now it’s appears a judge had deemed that his home is no better for them at present than their mother did. I certainly would not be clinking champagne glasses if my child was taken away and I still not have permanent custody of them. 🫠

Also, Kieran socialising with the very man who is alleged to have domestically abused his ex, in sight of his kids, is a terrible look. Even if KH genuinely believes CW is innocent of the domestic abuse, he would be well advised to keep his distance and not have cheesy photos with him. Extremely disrespectful to the kids, obviously they come second behind taking potshots at KP (and btw I can't stand awful KP)

Just to correct you, the kids have never been removed from KH. There are clearly reasons they are not back with him full time or even part time, but I think thats more to do with court process than anything else.

Or maybe it's to do with Michelle throwing a pie at them, and not wanting them back full time? Or maybe the kids don't want to go back there?

While it’s wrong how easy it is to set up fake accounts, the irony of him saying about ‘a sick arsehole’ (a word he should never use after seeing his OF ) using a video of his 2 year old online. If he and her didn’t splash that said 2 year old all over social media, people wouldn’t have a clue what he looked like, let alone be able to use his image Another reason to keep your kids off of Instagram and Tiktok but of course then the whole ‘perfect family’ narrative can’t be used.

I would have just thought, at this time, don't make those type of posts. Is there really any need? I no we don't know what's going on, but J & B don;t seem to be with either parent, so why all the happy 'us and our 2 boys' posts? Something's weird. And sorry, but as time goes on and the kids aren't back, I'm still wondering what the £16,680 was used for! There is still a pop up saying that GFM are trying to resolve an issue with the Organiser - so clearly nothing has changed there!

I get that she probably despises her but the best way to get one over on KP is to just go quiet, have a happy life and make sure them kids are loved, cared for and happy where they are.. just like Peter did with his children.

She's insufferable! I wasn't much for her before, but believed her to be a good step mum. Not so much now.
I still think the kids were clean, went age appropriate places and their education was a priority. And I still stand by that.

The hidden acknowledgment by KH on IG when the pressure was turned up on the GFM by F4J was so dodgy that I have to believe that KH was in receipt of the funds somehow, but it just wasn’t being used for legal fees. F4J also reported him under the belief that he was involved in a scam. I think GFM can’t do anything as there isn’t officially a scam/fraud and KH is in receipt of the money…the updates and entire premise of the GFM are actually incredibly vague, it would only really make sense to people that read tattle and know what the backstory is and what was meant by KH “fighting so hard, getting stronger every day” etc etc. So I can see why GFM aren’t able to do much - what exactly is the scam compared with the GFM description?

Several people on that thread are possibly much closer to the situation than disclosed. The whole situation is so bizarre.

I just can’t fathom how it was being promoted all last year for his legal costs. When we now know F4J were working for him for free! So what was the money spent on? How has this not been addressed.

Also the kids being taken away from KP was local authority led not a private court case that the money was supposedly being used for…. I wouldn’t be chinking champagne glasses of my kids got taken away from the other parent and not given back to me, instead to another family member, I don’t think it was a final hearing at all . I think it was an emergency order and neither parent are now deemed appropriate.
