I agree that screaming down a phone is not normal . to be truthful I can’t understand a word he says sometimes. Oh yes!!!if I shopped in the place he works I would definitely be reporting him , would also point out a few home truths to him..How dare he belittle customers, lucky to have them, at least they are paying for products, not begging.
