Roma might go to sleep if you put your fone down actually attempt to settle the poor child instead of asking a 1 year old if she can ‘ go to bed please’ and stop fishing for attention 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ She’s hopeless to say she’s a mum of 3!
The thing is, I think Kerry loves how reliant Roma is on her. She’s her last baby and she’s savouring every moment. My toddler is a similar age and has a regular sleep routine (post lunch nap and 7pm bedtime) and sleeps through but I honestly think Kerry isn’t bothered about having that any time soon, which is fine but she can’t expect sympathy if she moans about being tired.

Edit to say our toddler is in her own room in a single bed, and I cannot believe Roma is still in a bedside cot but each to their own 🤷🏽‍♀️

Latest post - Primula? 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

definitely agree that Kerry seems to like Roma being so dependent on her

I’ve got a 19 month old so a bit younger than Roma but she has a post lunch nap and goes down at 7 for the night. Still in our room (mainly due to having a crap landlord) and she sleeps through so it definitely can be done - my toddler is still breastfed too and I don’t particularly agree with cry it out either before Kerry thinks of that excuse 😶

Remember when she paid for the sleep specialist and was told it could take up to 8 weeks (I think?) to work and she gave up after a few days?! 🙊

I agree with what’s been said before ^ I also think she’s a bit soft? Like she thinks she’ll be a mean mum for just telling her kids to go back to bed.
Some kids are just early risers, but aria needs to just be told it’s not time to get up and to go back to sleep, or to read etc. That was such a drama for so long, and Roma will be the next. She won’t settle if you pander, I’m not saying cry it out but ? Let her say that mama is here (Or whatever it was) if it soothes her, children can self soothe, it’s a skill they need to learn for independence.

obviously am not saying she shouldn’t comfort her either but there’s a line? Surely?

Roma needs her own proper bed or cot at least and Kerry needs to accept she is a little girl now and she needs some discipline and routine.

The whole ‘Mama’s here’ thing sounds sweet and cosy but in reality it is just Kerry wanting the youngest to stay a baby and dependant on her. What if, heaven forbid, Kerry was to be ill, in hospital even, and unable to be there to comfort Roma? I loved my kids wanting to be close and cuddling up, but they need to be able to settle on their own or with someone else as well as with ‘Mama’ (and why do Instagrammers insist on Mama? What’s wrong with Mummy?)

I think they think it sounds Scandi and cool. Like many one parent families I was called dada at first! I never minded but I love “mummy”- at least for the first 100 times in a day!

This reminds me of when I had my first and she was about 6 weeks and my dad said “she has to learn to take a bottle in case you DIE.”

So that was a cheery thought 🤣

The mama thing drives me mad too.

I’ve just seen her latest stories and she can spend nearly £10 on magnums but can’t or won’t buy shoes or clothes for the girls... priorities right there 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was thinking about Aria’s shoes. I wonder if Aria would be quite sensitive to different types of footwear. I’ve read a lot of mums saying their kid has sensory issues around socks and shoes, and from what kerry says of Aria (although how much to believe?) she’d have us believe aria is kind of in that sensory issue/adhd area. In which case aria may not want to wear any shoes other than the boots.

I have no proof of any of this, just from what Kerry says of Aria, I was wondering.

It's a possibility, although I remember they got her some nike trainers for her birthday and she seemed pleased when she opened them?
No excuse for Sienna wearing her black school shoes though 😄

Wow how many magnum ice cream do they need!! Surely the girls don’t eat them!! All for Warren!!! Coorr all the sugar in them can’t possible be for the girls 😂😂🤦‍♀️

also aria sleeping coming downstairs and sleeping on the sofa what the hell is Kerry doing!! She’s not a baby any more put her in her own bedroom and get a routine absolutely redic!! She really shouldn’t be sleeping in their room still!! Best thing I did was move my baby in to her own room she sleeps all night!! I did it When she was couple of months old!! Think she likes making it hard for herself!!

The no added sugar and low fat everything drives me potty.

Maybe if she stopped eating all the time she could eat better food.

She's been known to eat

Lunch

Dinner
Bowl of cereal in the evenings.
