Not sure how she got DOMs from doing the absolute minimum mind probably just her body crying out for food. She's clearly crash dieting this week on the shit shakes and excessive cardio, not quite SW more disordered eating..

So she's stopped eating now? But not explaining why shes having a shake for dinner and breakfast and not following SW ..no way is she getting full on these meals and if she is expect a BIG loss on Saturday...! Would babe to be 6/7lbs if shes eating what she says she is!

So she’s using 9 syns a day on protein shakes... leaving 6 to use....

Nah way..is she not still over synning ... she’s defo using shakes as a meal then having more “synned snacks” I’m sure of it....

If she just followed the plan, the weight would fall off, why is she so thick ( literally) that she can’t see this....

Slow and steady is all bollocks..... easy at her size currently she should be dropping 3-5lbs on a weekly consistent basis

She’s basically doing shakes now! Which is going to lead to more binges long term! 2 shakes and 1 meals!!!! She may as well be on slim fast or Cambridge diet?!

I think she will have a huge loss this week due to starving herself with her new eating plan then will not be able to maintain it start eating food again then have a huge gain

I agree she’s not following SW at all but scared of loosing followers, so what, she’s too arsed about insta fam than what’s best for her in the long run.

The facts are tho that even if she does have big losses from doing this shitty shake diet she’s in, is that any weight won’t stay off. She can’t even loose weight and keep it off while following slimmingworld so this definitely won’t work

You get 20 syns if you’re over 16 stone....and I’d say she’s definitely over that....but even so she may as well not bother counting syns cuz she ay doing slimming world at all with on
1 meal a day and 2 replacement meal shakes....at the end of the day do what u want to loose it....but I’ve never known ANYONE do meal replacement like cwp and keep it off....it’s great for an event like a holiday or wedding but you’re guaranteed to bang it back on....and if she’s looking to loose weight for life, the way she’s going about it is the wrong way

She’s had at least 4 periods this year already and it’s only February She seriously must forget what she’s said as soon as it’s left her mouth!

Love how she's is subliminally delighted that that love island girl has had comments about her legs. So much so she's had to share it and direct passive aggressive comments. We know Kirsty. But you're not comparable to her, your legs actually are huge and chunky (nothing wrong with that) but hers are not..... Don't compare apples and pears.
