I think that when you post online on a public platform like she does, you should be very careful what words to use and it's probably better to stick to the more scientific names because they don't sound rude. I agree about what you have said about not wanting someone to tell you what they'd do to your vulva but most couples would probably have some names that they use for both penis and vagina/vulva. For some girls it's OK to have their bits called a pussy in any situation (and all power to them), but I wouldn't want a new partner to call it that without checking with me first.
