Correct. I know some people rant about hating PA, and accuse him of all sorts of crap, demanding he "do something" but clearly he is "doing something". He's keeping things legal, keeping it off press radar, and avoiding giving pricey fuel for her ill temper. We don't need to see the legal documents or lawyers bills and the "he should do something!" cries are boring. Same as with Harvey. He DID fight for him, prepared a room for him in his new home, booked a specialist nurse and had visitation until pricey's demands became absurd and he knew he was never gonna win against the birth mother legally and gave up. I used to read some of the comments about KP on here and think they were too harsh.
But now seeing that she's gone off for yet more surgery, so close to her court date, even I think enough is enough!
She needs sectioning for the safety of herself, her kids' mental health and the wider public (on the roads). It's too much. She surely meets the threshold for psychological intervention?! She clearly has a death wish!

It's what lawyers advise in divorces with a 'high conflict' person, usually people who are abusive or have certain personality disorders. They will forever play games, rinse and repeat. The best way, as you say is to cut all contact and only contact through 3rd parties about the kids, then at least the kids have one parent that is not involved in constant drama. It seems that's what Dwight Yorke did too but decided he wouldn't see H either. People judge him harshly for that but I believe after she made it impossible to see H for an extended time period, he probably accepted his relationship with H was ruined too.
