Can't remember the last time all the kids were with her.

The courts don’t jail mothers of children with special needs. It doesn’t happen. It shouldn’t ever happen. As to paying ninety quid for three adults pub lunch. Yes, I can see that, especially these country places with a half decent chef. The judge in Katies case would have his sentenced thrown out if he said in summation that his verdict had been influenced by seeing Daily Mail articles. The press coverage counts for nothing.

The whole the truth will come out doesn't make any sense. She got in a car, drunk, drugged, no licence, no insurance etc. She shouldn't have even had access to car keys but still. There literally isn't an excuse in the land that will ahem, excuse it! She broke the law, end of. Saying the truth will come out is almost her waying of trying to defend the indefensible. Even if the phonecall was to say one of her children had been rushed to hospital, you dont get in a car, drunk and drugged, you call a friend or family member to help. If cole (or some other twat) called and said I'm on my way round to kill you, you call the police. I could go on but you get it. Whatever possible scenario she comes up with, she still broke the law. We all know it wasn't the first time she had been driving while banned. She just got caught this time. What excuses did she have all the other times? How many traumatic events can one human go through in a lifetime? She is so low on options and ideas I dread to think what this excuse will be! I don't think it impossible that the car crash was a scam but....on balance she is more of an impulsive reckless type.

And as they are reading it I thought I would mention that chances are she will get a suspended sentence on 15th.
However once that has happened the receiver in the bankruptcy case will push for criminal proceedings against her. Everyone has had enough of her not helping and finding every excuse under the sun to delay proceedings.
If then convicted (which will be easy as she has broken multiple bankruptcy conditions) that will activate the suspended sentence.

I think Harvey has lost quite a bit of weight since going away, last year she was doing sob stories on how he was 29 stone, he looks thinner, especially around the face recently. I imagine she will always give him what he wants and let the carers deal with it, the same strategy with the other kids, letting them act out and then go home to their dads all hyped up so they have to deal with it.

But for all we know he's maintained regular access to H and kept it private.
No way kp would publicise that.
According to her he's done nothing since H was born.

Yes, I've thought this might be the case all along. He's under no obligation to tell The Scum every time he visits or what he pays for. He may have thought that H had too many dads coming and going through his life with their mum causing drama all the time, so he limited his contact to make things simpler and less confusing for Harvey. He said that KP made it 'impossible' to see Harvey, I imagine there was lots of manipulation of H to get revenge on his dad.

Yes funny that and the fact she has a track record of accusing ex-boyfriends of theft when they split. I think Carl wanted to dump her that night so she wanted the usual revenge. Then when she came down from her binge realised they were both taking drugs and it was better to stick together.
