I actually think she may well have ADHD. Please hear me out.
I agree with all of your points, it’s not an excuse for racking up debts and destroying other people’s lives, for risking others lives through dangerous drink/drugged up driving, for ridiculing ex-partners through, dirty lies and revenge porn, for harassing people through false criminal accusations, child neglect/abuse or any other crime.
Those with ADHD know right from wrong. They may react in different ways but they’re still responsible for their opinions and actions. They are still responsible for themselves and learning to be the best they can be. As has been noted, there is nothing wrong with her ability to interact, understand and argue with things she doesn’t agree with.
The reason I think she may be ADHD is because up until recently, I had lots of experience of ADHD in males but not in females. As I’m learning about how it presents in females, I’m seeing signs in KP:
- chaotic
- late to everything
- lack of care of possessions, pets etc
- impulsive
- lack of hygiene
- need for instant solutions, gratification, fast food etc
- drug/drink addiction
- inability to stick to boundaries and rules
Undoubtedly it’s hugely exacerbated by other factors - drink, drugs, personality disorders, childhood trauma, to name a few.
So while all this may be true, it’s still not an excuse for treating people like

She 'could' have ADHD too but isn't it interesting she seems to calm down quite a bit when she's not on the booze and coke? It's also interesting that she claims she couldn't manage her money but hid the pink car and paid in cash, as confirmed by Carl. That shows she's not completely disorganised. How many times has she attacked others? A few, she's admitted assault and has restraining orders. I don't believe ADHD explains many of her behaviours. She also lies continually, it's pathological.

Fortunately, it seems that the powers-that-be have seen all this before although we have yet to see how that's working out re: the Bankruptcy Hearing.

JJ is a type 1 diabetic so requires insulin, totally different to a type 2 diabetic that would take Ozempic. If she did try taking some of JJs stuff it could actually kill her!
You are exactly right, her ADHD behaviours are selective the rest of it is a condition she should be diagnosed with!
