I'm guessing it didn't fit when she hauled it on...so they hacked a couple of slits in it. The poor "designer" probably couldn't do much with a budget of £50I can't get over the awful 'air slots' (or whatever they are supposed to be), one of which seems completely split..... If I was her costume designer, I'd be back-peddling like mad right now...
