Yes. A friend of mine rented out her parents house after they died. It took her absolutely months to get the tenants evicted for non payment. They kept appealing with stupid reasons "we can't afford anywhere else".

Then on eviction day the she had to attend with the bailiffs. They had already left but on entering the property she was heartbroken. Absolutely trashed, disgustingly filthy, loads of rubbish left behind. Like something you see on a hoarders programme, complete with a decaying mouse flattened on the carpet. She sent me pictures, it was appalling. The first thing she had to do was contact an animal charity. Yes they had left a cat behind! Thankfully the neighbour agreed to feed it for a few days before the charity came to collect it. (My friend lived miles away and was instructed to attend for the eviction).

Cheeky bastards also appealed that they wanted their deposit back! It was refused and it cost my friend loads to get the property habitable again! Some people, just like Skank, are utterly shameless.

When my MIL died OH allowed his mate and his girlfriend of the time to move into her place rather than leave it prey to burglars. They weren't horrendous tenants as such but when they departed and we went to clear out stuff they'd left behind we were somewhat shocked to find hundreds of Viagra tablets, sex toys and a selection of butt-plugs!!! We were never able to look at him again in the same way

Usually credit checks have to be done, so I have to assume the rental isn’t in her name. Probably got tips from Katona who rented but not in her name. KFP is still going to have to justify paying rent to someone. Can’t see Mr PP or Daniel forking out rent for her long term. Rents going to be at least £3 - 4K a month without bills. Plus how can she justify a large house when the only person who will occasionally stay, is Harvey? OR is the fact H has to move from Star, going to be used as excuse that he may have to move back in with her (that’s never going to happen)? A 2 bed max is all she needs. Don’t know how it stands with a bankrupt who still sticks to fingers up & moves to a huge place. Can trustee’s/OR’s insist that she’s living beyond her means? The things that stand out for me here. As usual, she's playing her cat and mouse tactic. Offering a little bit and acting contrite saying she wants to comply ( she doesn't).....so the process slows again. We all know her intentions are not to honor it.

The second bolded bit, It was all very last minute....she wanted to avoid court.. So, her mental health proof has NOT materialised. I said this would be the case. Firstly, due to the rules of the court - having ADHD and anxiety / whatever is not a valid excuse to avoid important court hearings. Secondly, she has tried to use her 'conditions' in other court proceedings recently, I know this for a fact.
It isn't accepted as it's just her claiming she has these terrible afflictions. No specialist providing proof, no independent evaluations, no being 'signed off' - pure bullshit!

I know people will be pissed off at this latest news but it shows she is desperate to avoid answering questions in court and her MH excuses are
not accepted by the court. The trustees are just doing their jobs as getting money to creditors is their job. There are very likely two investigations
( insolvency & HMRC) still going on against her whilst she pretends to make payments.

I totally agree with everything you’ve said, but how can she rent a property in her name? Credit checks would surely be done? So there doesn’t seem to be any legal way around her renting, without it being in someone else’s name, I assume. Unless of course it’s someone she knows, then they would have to be idiots. No one, knowing about her dirty, sluttish ways, would want their home wrecked. It’s a mystery, for sure. Certainly she’s got no chance in buying anywhere or getting a mortgage. I still can’t see how she can justify paying vasts amount of rent, for somewhere way out of her league, for her & staff. No kids living with her now. Harvey visiting rarely. Honestly, the trustee’s need to get a grip & start limiting her spending. I was listening to the Miquita Oliver/Lilly Allan podcast today and Miquita was saying when she was made bankrupt the trustees made her move out of her rented flat because it was too expensive and she had to move back in with her mum. I think the forensics are being given time here to see what she does with the tour money and how she homes herself financially. Oh yes, I’m expecting the Scum will be going all in on this latest delay/cancellation tomorrow, they may even have the reason why for us. Like me, I think they are getting very impatient with the slow progress of her BH, you can tell they are itching to fully unleash on her, but they need official court records of her behaviour to do so, they want to take her down, payback for her lies over Slapgate, they will destroy her when she finally faces court questioning.

When they get the full details of her new expensive rental, they will expose that, ooooh they will take her down on that one, causing more outrage on SM, it won’t look good for her paying £4K a month when she has refused to pay her mortgage and bankruptcy debts. There’s no way she has the money for this, and to pay her many staff members, as Willow said this is going through another source, seems Dannyboy has been the guarantor, someone had to, no one will give credit and rent to a double bankrupt, so the Clan have stepped in and picked up this bill, as she ain’t gonna pay it. I doubt being evicted is an acceptable reason not to show at court. There must be plenty of people homeless or with an awful illness or split up with a partner..... that still turn up at court. She's been given notice of an eviction, tough. She should be an adult for once and take responsibility for her actions.

I don't think the court is treating her differently. It's a civil court and the main point is to get the money back, not punish her. Not many people
take it as far as she does. It will still end badly for her, as eventually they will punish her.

It's DEFINITELY going to turn into a criminal case ... just a question of when

In the very 'best' scenario she's neglected them through her drug taking and alcohol use and alienated them to try and destroy their relationship with their dad....resulting in them being uprooted and taken away from home.
