Serious question if anyone knows the answer...why is she being rushed to court on Friday 3 May, one week after no show for last Friday ? Is this the Courts gaining back control and saying .. WE tell you when you're appearing?

Only my take on it, the courts don’t like having the piss taken out of them, But they have to stick to the letter of the law, and I may be going over old ground I have mentioned this, But things have to be done properly, you can fill in DMHEF form, claiming MH, but you have to give 7 days notice( 5 working days) and it has to be supported by a witness letter from a registered medical practitioner, and that gives consent for your creditors to look at your medical records, and if you claim you cannot attend because of MH, the examination can be done at a convenient location ie your home, and you have to pay a deposit and all expenses, and when they talk about MH they mean hospitalisation etc, not getting a migraine , The law isn’t stupid, just takes time, otherwise everyone would do it, she’s a fool trying to fool clever people

Jett has been ridiculed & alienated since he was a little boy. Referred to him as 'a weirdo'. He was always quiet & shy, but with Kieran he was happy, spending time doing outside activities & loved his football. When she abducted J & B from Kieran over 18 months ago, she stopped any recreational activities, his football & removed him from his friends & school. She's played mind games with him. Scaring him with stories of burglars & ghosts. Saying terrible things about Kieran & Michelle. Telling the kids their daddy has a new family & doesn't want them etc etc. I'm sure Jett more than Bunny has been scared stiff, seen & heard things, most normal kids wouldn't witness. The SlapGate example evening, was traumatic enough, without everything else that's gone on. Bunny was given a freehand to do as she pleased & treated more like a 16 year old - even older, at KFP's beck & call. We all know what a shocking Xmas those kids had. No food, Crawl & Harvey smashing up the apartment. Then taken to Katona's where KFP & KK got off their faces. I don't think any of us can even begin to imagine what those poor children have been through. Time is a great healer & with support from professional's, Keiran & his mum & Michelle & getting back to a normal home life with structure, love, clean home/clothes, no chaos etc, all will be well. Hopefully Jett get's back to his friends, school & football in the near future.
KFP has tried to destroy those kids, to make Kieran pay for her hatred of all her exes. I don't believe she will EVER be able to have those kids back full time again . Her life is quickly crashing around her. There is NO money source, to the extent she need's for her lottery winning lifestyle. She deserves every thing that is coming to her.

I agree, she's lost access long term now, I think people will start to notice soon as she will rarely be seen with them, if at all.
She played a dangerous game in trying to completely cut the other parent out. She thought the courts would just accept all her bullshit about J being traumatised and not look into the reasons why. Any expert looking further than their own nose would see she has major issues that impacted the kids. She could only keep the scrutiny and correct judgements away for so long. She's also too dim or arrogant to understand not cooperating with drug tests or mental health tests tell the court something too.
No wonder she's doing a big show of getting healthy, if people put 2 and 2 together they'll question what she did to lose her kids. Can she really keep repeating she's not an addict?

If it worked she would have done it the last time though, or the time before. If people could get off court and charges by just volunteering to go inside the Priory it would be full of murderers and criminals forever avoiding justice. I really, really think she is done this time.
The judge did not accept the 'scanty' general medical evidence she has. In the last couple of years since her alleged breakdown the 'scanty' evidence is all she's got to show for all her claims of PTSD and ADHD.

Regardless of wether its a public exam or just written up and published afterwards I really want her to be directly asked, or, to have her MH diagnosis read to her ... the actual ones so that she cant reel out her bullshit anymore ... because I don't think her romanticised fake versions of PTSD or ADHD will be included ... I fully expect a couple of personality disorders. I would also like them to clarify that she doesn't have her own blue disabled badge and what the surgery on her feet actually was ... because she is fully fkng recovered and walking as badly in heels as she always did .... and finally I want her outed publically in court as an unfit mother who lost custody to all of her children more than once ... including Harvey who's real parent/guardian was AFP until DY payments ended at which point he was shuffled off to a residential college ... Happy Sunday Krusties... No warrant will be issued before the 3rd no matter what she does abroad as it would mean an application for an earlier hearing than the 3rd which I just can't see happening. So she would be free to come back before the 3rd and nothing happen to her. There is no ability to "block her passport" in respect of non attendance in civil court proceedings - it's just not a thing that can be done. As her potential contempt of court is in civil proceeding then the police would not get involved in any warrant in any case- it would go to a court officer with the powers of arrest if a warrant was issued. They would make all attempts to arrest during court hours and she would be brought before the court not taken to a police station. Taking her to a prison would be an absolutely last resort per the Act: warrants issued under amended rule 7.22 allow for delivery of the arrested person directly to the court. Only in the event that the court is not ready and able to deal with the arrested person must he/she be given into the custody of the governor of the prison named in the warrant (or where that prison is not able to accommodate the arrested person, the governor of such other prison with appropriate facilities). Where an arrested person is held in prison he/she must be brought before the court at its next sitting. I don't think she will attend as she knows what they want to ask her about - she will feign further MH issues but I do think this time the SM stuff will be brought to the court's attention as she is being so blatant. I had a bankrupt once who stated that they weren't well enough to attend court but sent the communication through via fax (yes fax back in the day!) which had the details of the hotel abroad that he sent it from on it - the judge went absolutely ballistic and he was arrested when he returned (not at the airport). She's getting cornered bit by bit and any MH excuse will need to hold water this time. It was already stated that it was late evidence and "scant". I think she thought she would get the 6 month extension but you can see that the court's patience is wearing thin. Any failure to attend as I've said previously will be opening her up to criminal proceedings (if they haven't already started) for Bankruptcy offences including failing to disclose all property in the estate, failure to deliver up property, failure to delivery up records etc etc.

Do you know I don’t get this one bit. If you were playing the MH card wouldn’t you retreat from life, hide away, not be seen to the point people are noticing you’re missing not pissing off on holiday, sunbathing, working out and strolling down the street taking your little lad for a 99er without a care in this world…… I’ll admit I’m now really baffled by her actions. Is she at no point going to do an interview where she breaks down, cries and admits she’s terrified about what’s happening? She can’t not be worried about all this surely. I’ve been in an IVA and I thought about nothing else, it made me unwell.

I have depression and anxiety though away from my surroundings you would never know. I can not go out in my local town even to visit the shops and suffer severe anxiety attacks just to visit the GP. I go away on holiday and even attend football matches and I am a totally different person. At home I hide away from people though my family are my lifeline. I am not trying to excuse skanky just making people aware that sometimes taking someone away from their own environment can help.

What skanky is doing is astonishing. She has no shame or empathy for the small businesses and a Blind school she owes money too. Most people facing bankruptcy suffer from depression and anxiety due to the shame so her crying about hers will not cut it. Fingers crossed for Friday she will have to face the judge to answer questions where she can't answer or by not showing up she will be in contempt either way
