It would be an estimate though? I just can't see how she can be the same size as Declan Donelly if she's 5'1'. He is famously a short man at about 5' 5''. Sometimes when people look at photos the people are wearing heels...but not in something like this, they're both wearing similar boots. People keep saying JJ is supposed to be 5, 10'' or Pete is 5, 8'' and how can KP look the same size? Probably because she is around 5'4 and then wears heels with them.

When/IF KFP get's to the BH in April, they will want to know what accounts she's using & the account to pay the bills etc. IF Frump is paying stuff through her bank account (and not declaring tax on her earnings too), she could also be in serious trouble. Believe me, KFP would throw Frump under the bus, if necessary. I hope Frump is still reading here - Bet she's her pant's if she's involved in any way financially with madam. She'll be investigated for tax fraud too.

I also wonder if Sophie draws a wage for also managing her , doing her “quoting “ for her and answering all the press questions ?? I doubt she is doing this for free , and again it’s a way of being able to make payments to people for services , would love to know who produces all the invoices , Does the bank reconciliations and other payments that are claimed under a business umbrella ?? They have surely to be keeping books and having to show paper trail for anything they are currently running through these various businesses ?? Also the nanny and cleaner must be getting paid somehow ? Even if cash , if she is using these costs as legitimate living expenses to justify how much she needs to live, then paying them cash on the quiet isn’t going to work as she will need to prove what she pays them ??

Diddly declan is likely wearing his best insole lifts. You see some crackers nowadays. Notice how JJ wears platform sneakers. Couple inches lift on them. No, as he is now classed as a vulnerable disabled adult.

As a child his parents with parental responsibility would ultimately make decisions on his behalf. To make decisions on behalf on adult who is deemed not to have to capacity you have to have applied to the Court of protection to obtain permission to do this. Even then (in my experience) decisions will be often made with medical staff/local authorities alongside whoever has been granted this permission in that person's Best Interest.

Where it gets interesting is that mental capacity is applied individually to each decision. And what we don't necessarily know (quite rightly as H is entitled to his privacy) is actually how H feels about college - he may be perfectly happy there and be able to express that consistently when not in KPs presence and if he is judged to understand what staying and leaving means then he could be judged to have that capacity to contribute to that decision.

I would imagine that at the moment Harvey has a 24 hour fully funded 24 hour care package. If she is using him to claim she needs the MM for him she would have to have him resident full time with her. His needs would have to be reassessed and it is extremely doubtful he would be funded for 24. Hour home care.
