Knew she was still driving when petrol station case came up. Heard she drive's into Shoreham to LA studio's & parks in side street (think on road called Town Quay was mentioned), using a disabled badge. Assume Harvey's unless she blagged on for poorly trotters. As heard from more than 1 person about the driving, have to believe it. She will never stop illegally driving unfortunately. Especially after just getting points & small fine. JAIL is what's needed & even then, I think she's arrogant when needs must, to drive.

so latest is to the taxman for years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 why was she allowed to run up these debts again to the taxman after she was declared bankrupt in 2019 owing the taxman money they should have been making her pay her tax/vat every month(just like normal workers do)not run up over another half million to them(that is what she as been spending keeping up the lifestyle she wants(and likely in April she will owe the year 2022/2023 tax(seems she as not paid any tax since she went bankrupt her excuse will prob be she thought she did not have to i think you are let off paying tax for a bit when filling bankrupt but not for 4 years but that will be her excuse)the only way they will get the money is to take it from her pay for ever from what she does before they pay her but they should have been doing that since 2019 not just believing her promises to pay(she will find away to funnel money through others so it seems like she is not earning as much) saying someone else arranged the job and they take their cut so say a £1000 job she says so and so set it up and takes a 50% fee so she only gets £500 so they can only take something from the £500 she gets not the full £1000 then split the other £500 i do believe she as idiots around her that would be willing to do this for her

I'm sure it was said that HMRC estimated her earnings & vat due as she hadn't communicated at all, so I wouldn't take any amounts quoted as being based on her actual earnings. She's just made the situation & amounts 10 times worse by ignoring everything & hoping it would go away, stupid bint!

I mean, just how brain dead do you have to be?! Ignorance is absolutely not an excuse where HMRC are concerned & she has royally fucked up now. Her thinking she's 'got off' with so much in the past (which she hasn't really as driving offences will also be catching up with her very soon) has done her no favours, my heart bleeds for her!

hoisted by her own lies ... she announced a £250k payout in Nov 2022 from OF for a reality tv series for a start ... there was no series deal, no one paid her, she paid herself from the stash and put it in the press ...
we knew at the time that there was no series and no contract, she had just paid herself a lump sum from the mattress money and if we know it then the FA and HMRC will be onto it ...

Can someone with the knowledge explain what has happened, what this all means, and why the duck is she getting away with not paying tax for soo many years, while the rest of us plebs, pay our way through life, and if we didnt, we would be in a whole heap of tit, particularly with HMRC who I know from past experience, do not mess around when money is owed, they dont give a duck ` who YOU think, you are ` .... Ive known people have to sell their homes in order to pay tax owed

What is going on here?? .... she owes A LOT of money, has countless court cases regarding her finances, been made bankrupt a second time .... yet she dosent give a toss, and carries on ... nothing fazes her .... is she paying behind closed doors large chunks here and there, to keep the wolf from the door ( I always maintain she has hidden money somewhere, that she dips into, she is not skint, her enablers make sure of that ) .... what does this latest deveopment mean? .... on ` paper ` she owes a vast amount of money, and pays nothing towards her debts .... what is going on, makes no sense

To owe that much money to HMRC in such a short space of time she CLEARLY has plenty of money coming in from somewhere so there should be NO EXCUSE for her not to pay her debts! It really does boggle the mind doesn't it? And if she owes VAT too as this latest case says then does that mean that's from companies she owns? I thought under the terms of the original bankruptcy she wasn't allowed to be a director of any companies any more?
