It seems KH doesn't have any say and it was requested they stop from several sources.

My understanding is the the courts only deal with FACTs therefore I’m hopefully that the case will carry on looking at the actually facts collected by the relevant parties under the instruction of the court and the media attention from f4j shouldn’t be part of the normal court process because at this stage they are posting unproven claims (I know they think they can prove them but legally there are not facts … yet)

I fully believe she has tried to blame Carl before. Not saying he didn't smash the phone, DV has gone on which will have damaged the kids but I think she will try and accuse him of much darker things to try and deflect from her own actions. ''If she was forcibly drugged by a man how would she know what she had been doing etc.......'' I think that will be what she claims.
If Carl does have money, he should get himself a really good lawyer to protect himself and maybe tell the truth.

Yep ,I can't see it getting off the ground really ,due to the fact of the anonymity still rightly having to be in place in regards the children . There's bound to be something in a papers report that would lead to local people knowing exactly who they were for example . So for someone as high profile as KP i just can't see how they could report on that case without everyone knowing exactly who the children were

Oh my, different browsers produce various results, but it’s what I see as well on my iPad. These results are driven by traffic, this has gained more traction than I first believed, quite a few people must be reading the F4J page for it to be headlining like this. This is actually quite bad for her after all, any search on her name and that is straight in your face. She’ll still probably ride this out, but it does look like more people are becoming aware of the story, this may well harm her more than I was thinking it would.

I don’t think that is true. I’ve actually sat in court for a child abuse case, access wasn’t restricted.
