I think it was before Christmas in one of her lives she said 'so much stress been going on'......or similar. At one point DC hinted that she didn't turn up to some sort of proceedings. So I would guess months. If it's about residency there will be a final hearing but because of all the allegations in the case, there would probably have been fact-finding hearings......to try and work out what's true or not. All these can have months and weeks in between.

Personally I think that Dwight Yorke was cut out of Harvey's life for good when she was with Pete. And we had all the talk that Pete would adopt him.

Then they split up. And by that time, DW had moved on and I think had money problems. So probably couldn't have taken her through the courts.

Do I think DY should have done more for Harvey - yes. Do I also think that DY walked away from Harvey to protect himself - unfortunately yes. Do I blame him - maybe.

But this is where extended families and social services need to play their part. There's more than Dwight Yorke who could and should help Harvey.

I've talked about this before but the Narc who married into my family had 2 sons from a previous relationship. One of them turned out to be quite a looker and he became the 'favourite' son. Her relationship with my relative was on the rocks ( on and off, dragging out, still living in same the house)
She started to treat her 20 year old son as her friend. She would post everything about him with #bestfriend, they would go to clubs and on holiday together. She even got a matching tattoo of his. It just became weird. She even joked that some people thought they were a couple when they were out .
These people need so much attention they push kids to be like an adult partner when they don't have the attention of a partner. It doesn't always involve something physical but it sure is weird!

So that must have been the update to the 27/28th Dec post...which may well have been the instigator for the Carl split because they would have had to give KFP 48 hours right to reply before posting.

The post that occurred today alleged something, so yes it looks like it was expanding on what was posted on the 27th December re. a cover-up.

I've thought about all this and what has been said very recently.......Willow said Jett relayed something really bad to teachers at school. From what KP posted in those shocking statements on Insta a year or so ago......it implied Kieran had done something terrible and things had also occurred in the Penticost/ Hayler household (cake-throwing bollocks! / affairs with women clients of Kieran's) so Jett was so traumatised he had to be kept away from School and his dad.

This now seems like deflection. If Jett had reported something at school which involved KP.......that would explain why she is so utterly, utterly desperate to keep Jett from education and make up serious criminal accusations against KH and 'seduce' a social worker to hush it all up. It may be a case of her trying absolutely anything to stop her own issues from being investigated!
