'Katie Price is to face questioning over her finances in court, a judge has said.
The former glamour model was declared bankrupt in November 2019 and is facing further proceedings.
During a short hearing at a specialist insolvency and companies court on Friday – where Ms Price did not appear and was not represented – the court was told a public examination over her finances had previously been adjourned.
However, trustees are seeking re-listing of the questioning after Ms Price breached a payment agreement, barrister Darragh Connell said.
“We are now at the stage were this matter needs to be expeditiously dealt with,” Mr Connell told the court.'
Judge Paul Greenwood said the hearing where Ms Price would be questioned over her finances would be listed for the first available date after July 21.
Judge Greenwood said that “it seems right, indeed inevitable” to list the one-day examination “as soon as the court can accommodate”.

I was wondering if they might be with their dad. I am in North Devon and I thought I walked past a child who looked just like Bunny, she was identical. I didn't see kieran or Michelle though it was another man with her. I've now just seen Michelle has posted they are in Westward Ho. I really hope it was Bunny I saw.
Firstly DC, again, you don't need to apologise. You did nothing wrong. Just trying to protect Hannah & the case. We all know that. We're all so stressed & on tender hooks, hoping KFP get's her just desserts, feelings are high.
Secondly regarding BH, I've already posted a comment DC for you & everyone with questions - sorry. When the previous hearing a few weeks ago happened, I commented, that I had heard 100% that she had not answered any of the questions that had been put to her & would not/could not provide any paperwork (without criminal charges probably) concerning the case, especially financial, that had been asked for. I guess, no solicitor could willingly represent someone who blatantly WON'T co-operate. Plus, has she actually got the money to pay good representation if there were a company? I think she's stalling for time, but knows there is NO WAY OUT. The big guns are going to be pulled out now regarding MH. God knows what, but guess they'll be stories true or false about attempt's at things (I'll say no more) & another stay at hotel Priory or some other institution. THANK YOU DC, you have been inspirational & confident in everything you have looked into & posted. I'm hoping it will come to fruition very soon.

She can't just claim something and have it accepted. She would need to provide proper medical evidence by a qualified person as to why she
supposedly can't be questioned. It's for the high court so the standard is high. A judge then looks at that and ultimately it will be up to them whether she's fit to be incourt.
Personally I doubt she could wangle medical evidence that shows she's that disabled, not when she's clearly capable of doing all sorts of other things.
Even worse, that could explain all the postponements, the judge bending over backwards to accommodate a lay litigant to ensure fairness and said Skanky litigant fcuking them over by not showing upWhat legal team!

She will have no choice but to answer the questions in court, otherwise, I believe in with be contempt of court.

I have big doubts Skanky will ever set foot in court. All the mental health excuses will be wheeled out first. ADHD, PTSD, and some shes still making up. If that doesn’t work, then out will come the suicidal thoughts, she’s threatening to kill herself, because of the stress. Whether the courts will ignore it, and force her to attend, is a moot point.
Good DC, if you're happy, we're happy with the outcome. You understand it more than many of us do ! xI know, I do worry, I don’t like upsetting anyone, my stress was no excuse.
