A decade? I thought she was diagnosed back in 2017 or is there something missing that I don't know about.

It's really clear. I don't drive, so if we're using disabled parking and the badge it's for me and my wheelchair. He never uses the badge when he's on his own, ever.
There's no grey area.

perhaps its different rules for different areas? my hubby will drop me off at hospital entrance ,then my hubby can park in a disabled spot and come join me.
