this is what I suspect ... as for Kirsty, she was arrested and interviewed because Kipper said she gave her drugs, thats pretty scary, she willl feel lucky she wasnt charged with anything because I believe Kipper took a tranq that was prescribed to Kirsty not Kipper, she probably wasnt charged because Kipper was not hurt by the Tranq and its her word against kippers as to wether Kipper took it herself or Kirsty gave it to her) .. either way after Kipper shopping her to the Police like that I would think Kirsty would choose to stay out of it all - at least until Carol is history because the idea to pretend she was actually attacked by 'a woman' and shop Kirsty will have been his, Kipper has publicly defended him and stated he never hurt her numerous times and thats all been to keep him after he came back

Most definitely Katona is going to be bankrupt for a 3rd time. Everything is rented, house, 3 flash cars. Blags everything possible, from sofa's to someone cleaning her house. These people should be jailed. 1 bankruptcy bad enough but more than that, not acceptable. In KFP case, that large house should have been repossessed & sold. So what, it's not worth what she paid for it, she's living there free. No gas/electric, community charge bills etc. She will have heating on 24/7 even in the hot weather. Doesn't have any kids living with her, so a 2 bed house is all she needs for the odd visit from Harvey. I am also very interested to know, WHY when Harvey visits is there always a paid nurse/carer with him? Is this a stipulation of her seeing him? Very odd.
Willow,I have thought that things seemed to have changed re Harvey,the time he was at that awful nightclub,she was due to take H to another vile place and apparently H couldn’t as he had ‘ear infection’I thought ahhh something’s happened there.
My opinion on the current Kipper & Carol situation is this ... Kipper wants to be married (for some reason she always wants to be married), Carol has only ever wanted to use her to get famous himself, he agreed to the engagement (which was her proposing NOT him) but has never had any intention of marrying or having children with her ... she means nothing to him ... she took him back after slapgate because he promised her marriage again so that she would make the charges go away ... she was deluded and actually believed he was going to marry her in LV ... she has been announcing wedding plans and baby plans left right and centre since then, even trying on wedding dresses in Thailand ... whatever went off in Thailand (something did) I think that it has finally dawned on Kipper that Carol is not going to make her his wife & she is done with him ... Carol wont take the hint and clear off because in his mind she 'owes' him a celebrity career, he will be threatening her with telling everyone the 'B&W Troof' about her so she arranged the boring Dolan interview for him hoping they can part on 'good terms'... he still hasnt got his Zleb status (never gonna happen) so still wont bugger off ... she is now out publicly egg hunting and when she snags one Carol will really be given his marching orders
This is my fear.She has got away with so much wrongdoing, and has continued to spend ( or not pay), like crazy.My particular bug bear is her non payment of utility bills because she has a vulnerable adult ( Harvey), in the house. I bet if anyone else tried that one they would be brought to account.

TBF, I don’t know much about bankruptcy, and my heart goes out to anyone who has had to go through it, but surely there has to be some attempt at repayment?
Other people have said it before, so it’s not like I’m giving her ideas, but I can see some weasel accountant writing off the holidays and surgery as freebies, all the beauty treatments as business expenses( she’s a model don’t you know).Everything else as gifted( because she’s a celeb).
Because, she will have the money to get top class representation, somehow.

Let‘s say her mortgage is £1mill, and the house in its current state is worth £750grand.
It should be sold, the proceeds pay her mortgage, and the rest of the debt is added to her bankruptcy.
She could live with her mum, or rent a 2/3 bedroom place.
