I honestly believe if the lawyers advised her there's a chance of going to jail, she would insist her mother goes with her, dragging the oxygen tank, just for the sympathy & pity vote. Bet she would say, she's had to move in with the mother to care for her as she's dying and Mr PP Fencing has to go out to work everyday, so can't look after her! Forget to tell them. AFP is still driving & singing in her choir etc, going out socialising at weekends with PP & WITHOUT said TANK!
Skanky is on a sticky wicket with this charge, it appears to be an open and shut case from what we have heard. Even the papers say she did what’s she’s been accused of. If she pleads guilty it will automatically invoke the suspended sentence. 16 weeks in prison. Regardless of whatever punishment she receives for the new offence. If she pleads not guilty and then gets found guilty at a later date, it still invokes the suspended sentence, plus there would be a more serious charge added to it. So whatever happens its 16 weeks in prison if she’s found guilty.I wouldn't be surprised if that's why she's doing the plasterclasses - to avoid being tagged.
The benchmark is really high to send a poor, suffering woman like the skank to prison, what with her trotters, 5 kids and sick mum.
But a tag is a more realistic threat, and she's really cunning for someone who's so thick

I think she will plead not guilty.It gives her breathing space, and there is always a chance(slim),that she might get off.But like you, I cannot see her getting away with this lightly.
Unless she goes for full on acting class breakdown.
I think we can all agree after the last 2 years, that there’s more than one way to get an event done. If the Masterclasses were used as an excuse in front of me, it would be a case of make them virtual and offer a partial refund. Next.

We believed the drink/drug driving case to be open/shut. Driving also while already banned, smashing a car that wasn't hers up & no insurance too, but look what happened, NOTHING. Just another ban/small fine. Conned authorities into thinking she spent a few weeks in Priory - 2 bloody nights, then went into hiding until she ventured out to get spray tan/nails/hair done. So, forgive me if I can't hold out too much hope, about justice being done this time, but I really really hope you are correct. My faith in justice system will make a massive decline, if tomorrow isn't a good result.
Oh fantastic, I have tomorrow off and no plans. I can devote the entire morning to KP’s trip to court.
