I remember watching the documentary when her and her mom were in the USA and they were taking Harvey to see an expert, it was confirmed he wasn't classed as blind by KP wouldn't have it, they argued continually in the car when Amy kept correcting her saying 'he isn't blind' but Katie kept insisting he was - obviously she didn't want to say 'thank God, he can see' like most mothers would, that ruined her 'I've got a disabled child' sob-story. To be honest her mother's always been to lenient with her antics rather than chastising her and telling her as it is and getting her to grow up and act responsibly with the kids rather than keep dragging new men into their lives who slowly, slowly have gotten dodgier and dodgier as her fame dwindles. None have children of their own which is telling, she wouldn't want a man who has other interests or responsibilities. Trouble is I don't think she'll ever get her comeuppance, show how, some way she always comes up trumps - not sure how but I'd lay money on it it'll be the same again this time.
