I feel very strongly that Kieran should let the children give evidence if asked; the Courts will be extremely sensitive to their ages and would make it a stress free process, the children would see that bad actions have consequences so they don't need to worry about it happening again unpunished and it would make B & J feel valued if they see adults protecting them. I believe it could scar them for life if what they witnessed goes untried because it could make them feel worthless. Kieran's a good dad and wants to protect his children but preventing them from testifying isn't the way in my opinion.

It would be done by video link too… if it even got that far. How could KP stand by him which the knowledge her young children were going to be witnesses for the prosecution? Even if charges get dropped, the family court would still likely prohibit contact with Crawl. The burden of proof in the family court is far lower. Essentially, if she doesn’t end her relationship she will be choosing Crawl over her children.

I think she did have them as Michelle had a baby. We all commented at the time that Kieran must have been losing his mind having to drive to Essex to get them as she was in A&E and he got arrested.

No I haven’t seen the GMB interview, but the fact Katie has been given airtime to spout her crap again, speaks volumes for the show. I don’t watch breakfast television but never considered GMB to be anything but light entertainment masquerading as news programme. Piers Morgan would spout off about the Jeremy Kyle programme being trash but I can’t see any difference to having Ms Price on GMB especially after all her misdemeanours. The entire thing is a sick joke and whoever booked her, interviewed her, should be ashamed, but they’re not. They’re such hypocrites. Don’t even start me on that ruddy irritating Susannah woman.

I think Kieran has got his hands tied when it comes to the kids. He wants to do right by them so he lets them see her but on the other hand he wants to protect them from Crawl and Skanky. I wouldn’t like to be in his position, catch 22. I actually feel sorry for him the little ones.

Exactly. I’m sure if the kids said they didn’t want to see her he’d stop access altogether, but in these situations access to both parents is best if it can be done safely. I feel sorry for him too. Whatever his dick swinging reputation, he’s clearly a competent and loving father and makes all of his decisions based on his children.

The incident is stated to have happened at 11pm and the kids were not in bed, even though they had to go to school the next day. Any half decent parent would try and keep the routine the children are used to, except of course KP. She wants to be the ‘fun mum’ at the cost of the children!

It was August - school holiday so they didn’t actually have school. Although 11pm is still late for little ones and absolute disgrace of a mother getting off her face with kids in the house.
