Of course. But she doesn't and I'm not sure why she is still pumping at all?

Clearly, Kate is pumping for another reason, it really is pointless if nothing is coming out in 20 mins of pumping then Noa won't do any better.
In the majority of cases baby will get milk from the breast much more efficiently than any pump so I wouldn’t necessarily say that but.....
Plenty of Mums can’t produce enough for baby and need to top up so if she wants to do even just one boob feed that’s her prerogative but I think she’s actually damaging in the way she’s approaching it. Yes it’s bloody hard but she is being a martyr by making it such a focus of her content. Potential breast feeders could be very put off by her antics, making a big song and dance out of it. The quantities she was pumping previously were more than I could pump in a week and I’m not usually triggered by anything but moaning about that pissed me off no end. Now she’s moaning about a situation she has created herself by going against pretty much all the advice. I wish she’d just shut up about the feeding full stop!
She has been so lucky with her milk supply, Noa’s sleep now, being able to avail herself to specialists/help and all she wants to do is talk about how hard it all is.
She’s made a personality out of being negative

I don’t know how people can ascertain that Boj’s mum has an eating disorder just from seeing a few seconds of her eating a raw pepper but I think we’re mostly all in agreement that it’s entirely irrelevant what Boj’s mum eats (I just thought she was being a really healthy eater tbh) and we don’t need a debate on this thread about disorderly eating/ eating disorders etc.

I think that Kate should stop posting about what her MIL eats purely because it is very boring.

If Kate didn't have eating issues/ disordered eating herself she wouldn't give a shiny shit what her mil eats.

Truth is it was very uncomfortable viewing and far too intrusive. Her mil looked uncomfortable and anyone normal would not be obsessed with this content. Kate seemed to be in complete awe of her mil's way of eating, commenting that she looked young. Again, all down to her own issues around food.

Kate will continue to wake up at 4am to express even though she doesn't need to do it. Again, she'll wake up and do it because she is addicted to losing the calories.

And bloody patronising. The MIL is a highly qualified academic and Kate talks to her like a child she should really be allowed to eat in peace given that she's there to take care of Noa as well. Kate can't manage to brush her teeth or have a shower without being paid for an ad doing it so she's hardly Miss Perfect. She often shows how she has a bit of her food and then gives it to the dogs. She'd go ape shit if someone pulled her up on it though.

I personally don’t think Kate should show her Mil at all eating or not, she seems highly uncomfortable with it all. It is respecting boundaries.

Why doesn't MIL just ask her not to film if she is uncomfortable? I'm not sure she cares, she's a grown woman who can surely speak up if she doesn't like it. Kate's not that domineering from a woman her age's perspective. I'd be telling her to leave me out of her footage if she was my DIL.

Exactly! Kate might find that Boj’s mum might stop coming round to help with noa because she always has a camera shoved in her face and Kate making fun of what she eats.

Is it just me or does anyone find it a bit uncomfortable when people film themselves actually having the jab? (Kates just put it on her stories) I find it a cringe (and feel for the vaccinator who’s probably thinking you knob)

Phones were strictly banned in my vaccination centre, even in the waiting period afterwards. Probably cause of knobs like her.

Yeah I don’t get it either tbh! We’ve all had a jab before we know how it goes! I guess it’s sort of bragging? I don’t know!

A lot of things she does make me cringe, including biting Noa's fingernails and filming it. She's trying to be relatable but it's weird.

This! 100%

My partner eats a Kit Kat as a whole chocolate bar rather than finger by finger and biting all the chocolate from the wafer honestly I thought he was a madman first time I saw him do it and was thinking about doing a runner!

I think we should leave the MIL’s eating habits out of it really, Kate shouldn’t even be putting it on her stories! Especially as Kate most likely has an unhealthy relationship with food!

A mother whose child was in hospital with a finger infection, bites child's nails with her mouth. The mouth has more bacteria than an anus.. A clipper would be less dangerous.

Oh I don't know, I managed to clip the skin off the top of my daughters fingers Would probably have been better if I'd nibbled

Tbf I did it too and point blank refuse to cut the kids nails now But when I see my other half trying to bite them I freak out too. Had a checkup with my baby yesterday and his nails were proper long, but at least looked clean

I get so scared clipping my son’s nails but I’d rather that than bite them - what if it goes uneven or you bite too much? Used to be a nail biter years ago and this would happen to me. The Tommee Tippee safety nail clippers are the way to go
