I’d really respect her more if she just showed a bit of the messy reality.

she's never done that. and I don't dislike her for it. lots of influencers are "messy". not everyone has a messy life. if you want that, go look at another influencers content. having said that, I don't think it's doing kate any good in terms of engagement. the way she portrays her life is not very humble. it comes across asa brag rather than aspirational. it would do her good to show a little vulnerability.

I think she mostly lives in a near-spotless house and each day is pretty relaxed full of brunches and PR packages. i doubt much has changed now she has a baby especially since she probably has a cleaner, nanny, and Jordan is home now he doesn' thave his coffee shop. but I'd like to see her at least acknowledge that privilege, rather than try to pass it off as achievable (which is what I think she's trying to do now)

No I fully agree. I didn’t mean messy as in an untidy house etc I was just more meaning that newborn life isn’t all roses and it’s mostly a shambles of plodding through the days. Like you say, showing more vulnerability and just not making everything look perfect would be much more relatable

Tbh She makes it seem easy as it probably is to her becos her husband is 24/7 at home doing most of the work. She Brestfeeds baby and he seems do most of the parenting/cooking etc So yes if u had a dad who is home doing most yes parenting wouldn’t be messy.

I actually quite liked it purely for the fact it reminded of a kid playing dress up or something a little old lady would use I remember when she first got it and i looked at the price and almost vomited! It was the first time ive ever noticed her taste for the finer things clothes wise

I thinks she's so.over being an influencer. I'm reckon she'll buy a big house, document it's renovation and then try and be an interior designer.

I wonder if they’ve already bought a new pad and are lining up the strategy for how to grift the renovation without sacrificing their privacy.

Content has been lame for months, and full of affiliate links to generate income. She’s actively trying to boost engagement just now, usually a sign that an influencer is fishing for some big brands or hefty collaborations.

They are already very wealthy so could have afforded to take some time off after the baby. She didn’t, so is presumably either needing the money or planning a pivot.

She's a Kiwi but spent a lot of her childhood in Scotland, which is where she lives now with Jordan. Their coffee shop was in Mount Florida - I think from memory it was between Hampden and Queens Park? But unsure.

Couldn't agree more. I was on Instagram last night seeing videos of all those victims and rescues.and then seen her stories and I straight away stopped following her. All the other stuff doesn't bother me, you can't get angry at people having an easy life or being well off but using that as an excuse to make space in her wardrobe for more shite clothes and getting some sort of kudos for donating.
