One thing I feel Kat deserves credit for is that she has actually stuck to her promise to highlight businesses owned by black women. Over the past 5 months she really is the only one who has mad substantive change to her feed.
I agree with this, I’ve only seen a couple of influencers follow this through, another being Swoon Love. Most have ticked a box and moved on, annoyingly. Then again, they can’t even acknowledge the global pandemic, times of austerity etc. So long as they’re alright then it’s fine

She definitely reads here (as do Gleam). They all do. I remember tattlers calling her out on her comment about people living under a bridge and within 2 hours she was explaining what she ‘really’ meant as one of her children (but no one else out of her 200k followers) had flagged it.

I know Kat, she's not stupid at all. She may not always read the room correctly but she's always lived in a privileged bubble...she's very astute though.
Which is a good thing to be fair to her. Others like CLS will just block anything they deem as negative.
