The provera might be what pushed you towards feeling so crummy, on top of everything else. For the blisters and swollen legs, did you try cool towel wraps and elevating them? That might help get the inflammation down. Fingers crossed your trip back home will be easy and painless for you.

If it's too hot for you or you feel too heated, perhaps try a lukewarm shower, too. Lukewarm water brigns the temperature down (base temp could be elevated due to the hormonal changes) with having the body store the heat centrally like really cold water does.
the aircon in the room hasn’t worked all week one of the girls had a shower earlier and it started blowing out hot air so think that’s what’s pushed me over
