Do you know what fair play to him, I really can’t stand the man but even just physically moving your body for 24 hours is hard core (I’m a fat bastard so even doing it for like 30 mins is hard for me ) and he had no one in the studio to help him out it like the other years was literally just him on his own so fairrr play ...also he’s going to ache for like the next 5 years (deffo don’t agree with the “superhero” comments though, he’s been a total dickhead during lockdown with rules etc, but he’s raised a good amount of money for a brilliant cause too)

Yes I agree being awake and “exercising” for 24 hours would be tough and it’s good he’s raised money for children in need.
But he had a team with him his brother and a few others in the studio and a doctor/fitness coach person there and his every whim answered for but other than that he’s been on his own
My friend often does 24 hours awake as she’s. Midwife with four children now that’s hardcore in my opinion !

I think Joe does have MH problems... that has been apparent for a while, he often seems manic. He always needs a "high." He preaches about exercising helping it but sometimes that isn't enough. It is okay to seek help but he seems like the type of person who wouldn't and would rather drink his sorrows away with a G&T in the day time. He has a very privileged life. He has a lot of money, if needed, he could access a really good therapist.

It’s pretty awful that he used weanin15 to encourage new parents to follow his journey, order his book etc and then once the book was out and Marley decided not to follow the rules he just abandoned the account. So many bad reviews for the book, not easy to follow, complicated recipes. Loads of questions on Instagram about what to do after the two weeks of bitter veg as the book doesn’t really say.
He’s posted three times since the end of July, the last post asking if everyone would like a full update... and nothing!

I wrote on that to not apologise for not mentioning him and some comments were "he's worked really hard and with two you g kids" I replied that squats for half an hour was hardly working

God just listened to the first minute of the video and had to stop and all the messages of people saying thanks for sharing and how amazing he is

He's a complete knobber, he's had more holidays than most people have in a normal year, he's had dinner parties and family round in his house when we weren't meant too, he is so out of touch with what we are all going through, if he'd have said "I feel shit and I've been away lots and I've still seen my family" then maybe he'd redeem 0.000000001% of respect

You don't need a million pound house to be happy.

You're totally right. It's so easy to think we'll be happy when we lose that stone, earn more money, win the lottery, move abroad, all that - but anyone who's ever achieved these things will tell you they don't fill the hole if things aren't right inside the heart and mind. Happiness is an inside job, and sometimes that comes from not pushing yourself to exercise every day because you're feeling the pressure to be "lean!"
