Really pissed me off with his "how did Rosie look so good" posts. What normal new mum, esp one with two other kids, has time for 3x 45 min heavy weights sessions a week? Much easier when you have an attic gym and effectively a stay at home husband (apart from when he buggers off on a jolly).
Also, a fair proportion of Rosie's figure will be genetics, she's always been slim.
3 gym sessions a week is just not attainable for most new mums so it seems a bit of a toxic message without some "we know we're lucky" disclaimer. Mind you that could be said for most of his lifestyle and parenting bolloxs he likes to spout
