I’ve been told the new agenda pack is being published 5th July, meeting is 2pm on 15th July and is public for anyone wishing to attend!

I don’t know why, but every time I see a facetious comment from the Fripps staff or Jodie it still shocks me that they are pretending to be this professional CIC but still behaving like a bunch of feral teenagers throwing a strop. So utterly unprofessional.
Also any news on the magical 4 acres of resting pasture full of lush grass for all the animals…

It's actually an illusive 7 acres of grazing saved for the spring and it's nearly July.

God. That gave me flashbacks to Peru then. The forests are littered with little orange laundry baskets up in the trees. I just love how Jodie goes the extra mile to make everything so authentic!

I kinda want this to be true if only just because I would love Jodie to try and be all kissy-huggy with a lion just like she is with the other animals. The dozy cow would be scatty enough to do it because, in her head, she seems to think she is Jodie Dolitte...or rather Jodie Do Bloody Nothing to give her a more fitting name.Another 'hilarious' comment from StephJust adding it here for the record, and even if she's joking I hope it backfires on her and gets used as evidence in the DWA application as another reason to turn it down.

DEFRA might be interested in hearing about the missing ear tags
You have to have one in each ear don’t you? I’m sure my father in law was moaning about how expensive it is to replace them.
Steph for the record I know this is his colour mottling. My reference wasn’t to those parts! But nice try!

bleeping hell she's teaming up with a women's refuge charity to help look after families pets whilst they escape their situation.

The big charities already offer this (Lifeline by Cat's Protection etc).
The animals are all vet checked first then go to a foster home where they are the only animals and get undivided attention.
The homes are properly vetted, no social media photos allowed and the charities pay for all food, treatment required, toys etc until the owner is out of the refuge and set up in a home.
She isn't equipped for this.
Cats won't be able to go outside in a temporary foster home but won't be able to go in to the prison with her other cats. So where will they go?
Dogs will need a LOT of one on one to help them destress from what they've seen. She can't have them free running outside, she has animals inside so couldn't have them there and she can't put them in an outdoor cage if they've never had that before.
And bigger pets (farm animals, horses, exotics etc) she just doesn't have the space or time for.
Leave it to the charities who already do this type of thing! It's a specialism she isn't trained for.

I think she approaches organisations with an idea, they say they'll think about it and she tells everyone it's happening to make herself look good. That's why nothing ever materialises just like her TV shows.
