I'm curious about her accent. Where did she actually grow up?

Or has she just adopted the affected, luvvie, drama-school parlance?
I know this as she mentions it frequently. She was born in S. London. Her parents emigrated to Australia when she was small, as £5 Poms, then moved back here when she was about 10, I think, to Sussex, to the home her mum lives in in Horsham. her childhood bedroom is still there as she often shows and says. She left school early to attend drama school - Rose Bruford- so I would say that’s where she acquired her accent. Her mother’s accent is quite different from hers.

I didn't hear that, I'm trying to imagine how she could've said it. Listen out for how she says Lady Gaga, as Lady Gugger to rhyme with mugger.

I missed it too. Which Lagos was she talking about? Nigeria or Portugal?

It was in an old vlog.....but has stayed fresh in my mind. It’s one where she went to some shop she “loves” that specialises in having periods where they only sell things from specific cultures.......this time it was Nigeria.....she wanted to buy a small straw bag for the price of a race horse..........think that’s why they humoured her.....the comment section was priceless....

What time was it on? I have to listen to that...
It’s a vlog called “ my favourite shop in Marylebone”...... pronounces Lagos as Largos......teeth achingly affected...

Only a few minutes into Jo's first vlogmas 'Henry is like me one of the most identifiable people in Marylebone' - isn't she modest?

The auto generated captions do not recognise her saying Marylebone.

The opening shot with her grimacing and hamming in front of the musicians is very MiddleAgedStageSchoolBrat.

I cannot imagine that she can keep up that length of vlogs every day. It made me uncomfortable watching her interrupting the lawyer when he was speaking. So rude.

It could been her doing, she's not backward in coming forward. She also has her other agent who I think is mentioned on her website. In her latest vlogmas she's lamenting she's never been asked to turn on the Marylebone Christmas lights. The de Walden estate probably don't want to encourage her, some would consider her a local pest, I can imagine her walking down the street waving and calling a cheery greeting to anyone who looked in her direction.

I can imagine her thinking she's been recognised by anyone that remotely looks in her direction. :ROFLMAO:

Her pirouetting when showing off her clothes reminds me of watching QVC.
