Irrespective of whether Royal Mail are going to investigate or not, chrissey should get a refund or a new order sent out asap. Just because she is too tight/hasn’t got the funds to probably refund it, isn’t chrissey or royal mails problem. Really poor customer service

Chins really needs to brush up on consumer rights laws and trading laws! As she is the seller, she and the customer effectively have a ‘contract’ thus she is responsible for ensuring they either receive replacement goods or a refund. Also when she says that once royal mail have the item, she isn’t responsible for it anymore - this is untrue. She really needs to do more weesearchhhhh
