I found the video of Leo uncomfortable to watch. He is significantly behind and needs an urgent referral to salt to help improve his communication skills. So stop spending money on your vanity flaps and get your son seen.

The 1st 12 months of Gail’s life was him literally being propped up in bed with his head always upwards looking at the TV. We did think something was wrong with his neck. He defo lost vital developmental time.

It's actually distressing to see him exploit Leo like that. The poor kid obviously has developmental delays, and instead of doing anything to help, he does stuff like that. 
I haven't been on the threads here much recently but I gather that he doesn't appear to attend nursery anymore. They were probably being told over and over about things they could do to help him. And to get him assessed, at whatever age that should happen. At the very least, to get him onto a waiting list for assessment.
It's very sad to see him being used by both of them, in this way, while doing nothing about his development.
