Stephs Packed Lunch trolling guest. First of all it was advice for renters now its how to make a quiche properly.
Can we bring this back as a thread title please? She's on an inexorable arc of continual decline
I'll be so LIGHTS ON when we're finally post-quiche.Lads, the quiche has entered Australia! My city's very own grifter/liar with questionable mothering skills and a plagiarised cookbook (Emmylou Loves) has made a quiche with not enough eggs and has neglected to blind bake the pastry.
She's not quite Jack but she's ~dire~.

Any inexplicable eggs? The May edition of That Mans newsletter just arrived in my inbox. Featuring recipes to feed a crowd and make your money go further/£1 wonder hacks. Everything beautifully photographed and very appealing. No bizarre substitutions for binding ingredients for something that'll turn it into pig-swill. No trumpet blasts about how hard he works to keep these recipes free. No egotistical ramblings. It's the difference between seeing an RSC production of King Lear and Skegness Am Dram at the community centre.

I’d captured the older ones, back in the 100’s threads I’d reckon. Don’t think they’re in Media. Might look and update later todayThere had been other posts, which she deleted when she posted that one. I think the other ones were a mix of similar apologies and discount codes for her shops, one of which is mostly empty and the other one of which doesn't work.
It's a very sweet film, although sad it is sort of uplifting. I got a wee bit teary at the end. Basically Pride was initially a protest march and no one would support them, even other gay people, because they feared being outed or battered by police. (Slightly more involved in that but that's what they focus on.)Oooh, that sounds like the sort of film I will actually bother to watch, thank youbless the canal, I do genuinely learn something new most times I mither here x
my favourite film about miners is always going to be the comic strip presents The Strike (which is still a decent satire today because of its observations re media classes’ representation of labour movements and its observations on how US perspectives skew how UK history is viewed). Peter Richardson playing Al Pacino playing Arthur Scargill is a stupidly funny concept, and Robbie Coltrane as greasy arrogant Hollywood exec is absolute chef’s kiss.
Patreon will bounce up and down by a few over the first few days of the month, and also show slightly different figures on different parts of the site, but it’s usually stabilised by the 5thQuoting myself like the mendacious ninny I am but I can’t see her and the photo of Kit de Waal he uses looks a little like the one where guest did the make-up.
Looking at her patreon, it’s down to 433 for me.
It would be so spectacularly Jack if she - champion of the working class - managed to unite all of us on the side of a bleeping Tory shitbag. An own goal so amazing, she could play in the back four at Old Trafford.I really want her to do a huge public legal thing and be totally humiliated.
I spent more time than I should wondering who Sue Lee wasPatreon drops, the sue Lee deadline is up this month and I think we're going to see a relationship reveal or a dumped Jack chaos.
Happy May!
no, this is now the final stage of our countdown to her absolutely not bringing a libel case. She never could have done it anyway, firstly because what he said wasn’t libel (truth is a complete defence); secondly because she would have to disclose her finances to prove a) that she wasn’t profiting from poor people and b) that she had suffered loss as a result of the supposed libel. Plus, in order to win a case of that nature you generally have to do as much as reasonably possible to mitigate any loss and reputational damage. She retweeted the vid of him making his claims - amplifying them, not mitigating loss/reducing rep damage.So... She has 19 days to start her Lee Anderson legal action, and after that, it's basically been channelled fraudulently into her personal account?
I really want her to do a huge public legal thing and be totally humiliated.
Can’t beat a Growler on a Monday afternoonLook I'm sorry everyone but no matter how long I've neglected tattle for I must always, always inform the frauen whenever I see the word Growler in the wild. (Don't try to watermelon me please, I'm not actually at the brewery!)

ETA sorry, I didn't notice @Penelope_Ghent had already pointed this out
I see where you're coming from, but I wouldn't assume they have no idea about its history. We don't really know anything about the person in the photo or their background. I understand how it could seem borderline offensive for a young Londoner to wear it (like those ubiquitous Che Guevara t-shirts) but it might just show appreciation of a previous generation's efforts? I mean, I'm a originally from County DurhamI agree. My community was destroyed by Thatcher & it irks me to say the least that somebody is wearing that T-shirt & probably has no bloody idea about it's history, & the effect it's still having.![]()
I hope Nigella is utterly ashamed of herself.
Ken’s wifeI spent more time than I should wondering who Sue Lee was![]()

I was bored so I did a dive - Lucifer Hepburn, they’re from Leeds.I see where you're coming from, but I wouldn't assume they have no idea about its history. We don't really know anything about the person in the photo or their background. I understand how it could seem borderline offensive for a young Londoner to wear it (like those ubiquitous Che Guevara t-shirts) but it might just show appreciation of a previous generation's efforts? I mean, I'm a originally from County Durhamand despite being a millennial who never experienced miners strikes first-hand, I know a decent amount about Thatcher, the history of the strikes and have family connections to that time and place. Apologies for the me-rail waffling lol. Suppose my point was that we don't know anything about t-shirt woman aside from the photo, so it's hard to judge.
