Her GP said it SEEMS she has RA. She cried a lot (assume that’s the photo on the left *cringe*) but onwards and upwards; she’s putting her best face forward.

Tbh I didn't think Jack would be *quite* as useless about the VBI as she has been.
I knew she would lose interest rapidly once the enormity of the task became apparent, and she actually had to do some hard graft instead of just talking about it on the media, but to do absolutely duck all for a year whilst lying that she was working on it and had nearly finished it
exceeded even my expectations of her greed and laziness.
She's such a tease pretending any legal action is happening!

It really grinds my gears that she associated the name of Terry Pratchett with her foolishness. Sir Terry was a clear-eyed pragmatist who had spent a decade in journalism before starting to write his books, and he had very little in the way of misty-eyed sentimentality about people, business, politics and their motivations. He would have looked at this, thought "Uh-huh, what's in it for you, Jack?" and probably phoned his publisher to tell them to stop this random Twitterer profiting off his characters name, toot-sweet. He did not like people trying to use his work for their own aims, not one bit. (There's a reason there were very, very few licensed products or other big-scale media productions of his books in his lifetime: he didn't trust people not to twist it into something else to suit their vision. There's been a few TV things produced after his death that have proven just how wise he was to keep such a tight grip on his work)It seems right and fitting that the tweet that launched the VBI is shown here again today in all its glory.

Also, many of his books involve conmen, grifters, or chancers who saw an opportunity of dubious morality and snatched at it. Sometimes they reformed, sometimes they were so rotten at it they were a mere amusement to the characters (Mr "Cut-Me-Own-Throat" Dibbler is a notable example), but mostly, their sins found them out.
I suppose that's why his books were fantasy: the fools and wrong'uns always got their just desserts in the end. Real life is not so satisfying.

I remember the trolley twitter account actually reached out to Jack at the time and naturally she ignored them because she never really intended to create a VBI. She just wanted the adoration.

I went to the doctor with a lump in my eyebrow. Hard like a pea. He said it could be a cyst or at the absolute worst a very small tumour but to assume it’s a cyst until tests come back. So clearly I told everyone I had eye cancer and vowed to live my life as bravely as I could and I never went back to the doctor.
No, that’s not true, I went to a specialist who told me it was a particularly bad ingrown hair caused by eyebrow plucking, arranged for day surgery and that was that.
She doesn’t have bloody RA she’s manifested it from a comedown or carpal tunnel from tweeting crap and is rinsing it for the £ and the disabled label she’s APPLIED TO HERSELF
